Louisville branch was recommended by a friend that has dealt with them before and had great experience. I called Multiple times and left messages about ordering parts but there was no call backs. Whenever I would reach someone they gave me some prices but didn’t have everything I needed. I wanted to order the other parts they did have but never could get ahold of anyone or get a call back. They have good prices and I would like to place an order but cannot get ahold of anyone. I ordered my parts from somewhere else that was more interested in selling to me.

Absolutely wonderful place. Very clean and well organized for a parts place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs parts.

After having multiple Transtar locations screw up the same order (3 times) this location has managed to fail in handing a next day air package to ups, leaving my transmission in pieces without the parts to assemble for 3 weeks now (going on 4, since they are closed weekends). Will be actively advising people to avoid transtar if they are looking for any parts in the future.
