The most straightforward couch-buying experience in Louisville.Off the beaten track of big-box furniture stores is Justin Emmetts Furniture. My partner and I just moved into the area and our movers are delayed by several weeks. After having nothing but an air mattress for furniture in our empty house for days, we were in need of somewhere to sit TODAY. We went to store after store looking for a piece that fit our specifications, only to either find very little decent selection or be told that the couch we wanted would be shipped to us in 2 months.By chance, we found Justin Emmetts advertisements on Craigslist and took a shot. Lo and behold, this unassuming store off Dixie Highway had several couches that seemed like exactly what we were looking for. The quality was better than any of the other discount furniture stores we saw, and, best of all, what you see is what you get. If you see something you like and have the means to haul it, you can buy what you need and have it all ready to go in your home right away. No waiting.I think one of my favorite things about this place is that Justin Emmett is actually the person who helped us out today, not just a random name. He is a real guy who helped us load our truck and was straightforward and honest about how he does business. I will definitely be back here. Thank you, Justin!

Very friendly, helpful, and offered to quote prices on any catalogue item that they have available to choose from. Prices are very competitive in all areas. I would be surprised if you could find the same item at another location in the area for a lower price than those being offered here. The store is small, and the selection isnt very large (on-hand) but if you have an idea of what you are looking for before you visit, you can find the same or a very similar item through this store and have it ordered specifically at a very competitive price - great opportunity to same $$$ on furniture.
