We took our family sprinter van to get a leaf pack adjustment and while it was there, they went ahead and did a front end alignment. They were very friendly and did a great job adjusting the leaf springs, however I was hearing some clanking in the front end after I left. After a couple of weeks I did some looking and found that the lower two bolts on the struts were left loose just beyond hand tight. We spend a lot of time in this van and have been driving around with our 6 month old baby and I feel that this is very unacceptable and dangerous. When I called them to let them know what I had found, they requested I bring it back in for them to look at. I live over an hour away and simply don’t have the time or confidence in them anymore to have any more work done. I’ll just stick to taking it to Merecedes from now on. That being said, the people I dealt with were very friendly and for the most part professional.

I work at a parts shop and Lousiville auto springs is our number one person we contact to help with leaf springs! These Gentleman are amazing they are knowledgeable, kind, and hard working.A Gentleman by the name of Jack has been helping with my current project for a customer and he and this company have stuck with me through the chaos.If it wasnt for these wonderful people I wouldnt be able to do my Job correctly and efficiently. I also know if im in definite need for a leafspring wheather personal or customer satisfaction I will always come to them. I went there to get custom bend u-bolts, service was great, friendly and helpful staff, I put 5 stars because they deserved it, I did get confused when the guy left with my sample u-bolt, I didnt know they would bend them right then and there, they came with nuts and washers and I was very happy with my experience, if I ever need u-bolts again Im definitely going back
