I moved to Louisville from NYC and had never owned a car before. Lexy was awesome and helped me test drive as many as I needed to feel comfortable and kept in touch when any new cars came in that met my checklist; this was amid the car shortage no less. She was easy to talk to and helped me get what I needed, making every step accessible as a new car buyer.After trying other dealerships and even talking with other salesmen, this was rare. I was originally looking for a Toyota but wasn’t happy with how they were dealing with customers. After meeting Lexy I went with my gut and got this great Nissan Kicks, which I wasn’t initially considering. If I ever want another vehicle I would def reach out to her first.

Not only did they perform the maintenance service that they scheduled for me when I leased the car but they also serviced the vehicle for 2 recalls that were sent out. I did not ask them to do this because I figured it would have to be done another time by appointment and they brought it up and asked me could they take care of it that day if I had the time. Awesome service!

We had a situation where my battery died and we called AAA twice to help us with a replacement. They stated we needed a battery that was not the size nor shape of the location where the battery sits. On Saturday morning with no appointment we took the car to Jeff Wyler Nissan on Shelbyville Rd and Eddie in the service department got us in, the parts guy Jeff helped with getting the right battery and we were on our way in less that 30 minutes!!! Yes, that’s correct…30 minutes. Now that’s Great Customer Service!! Thanks Eddie!!

Other staff were also courteous and have been helpful in the out of state registration process which is unique and difficult but they all, especially Alex, have made the buying, financing, and registration process easy.

It took a long time to get an appointment set up. They literally have no availability. The service was fast and shuttle driver is super nice. Their prices are absolutely outrageously high. I’ve always dealt with a Nissan dealership to service my Nissan, so you expect the prices to be higher than a standard garage, but these guys are ridiculous with prices, it’s criminal. It was my first time here and they really tried to scam me by recommending to replace a cabinet filter for $200. I would not recommend. Find another place. Very overpriced!

I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I was due a renewal of Weyler Care. I requested and received info on.the status of my extended warranty. Nick Scott also advised me that it was time to change my cabin air filter, and time to change my transmission fluid. Nick discussed all of this with me in a professional, efficient, and pleasant manner. I agreed to have all the work done, and I am now happy to know that my car is in good shape.

I was shopping for a used car and found one here, Lexus was my sales person and she was great, I was working on a purchase agreement with benji sales manager. We came to an agreement and he was a pleasure to work with. The GM of the dealership was very polite and wanted to make sure I was happy with my experience. It’s not often the GM, just checks out how you experience was. I was super pleased all the way around from first phone call to drive the car home. I made an appointment with Rosalind on Tuesday & she was able to get me in very quickly. She wasted no time pulling out the two cars I wanted to see & made sure I understood all of the features the two different cars had to offer. Once I made my decision, she went hard to work to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. I cannot praise her enough for her professionalism. She was just personable enough that she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. From the test drive to making sure the car was perfect to drive off the lot, I cannot thank her enough. Jakob, the finance manager was awesome. He really went above & beyond to make my deal work & get me out the door in a reasonable amount of time.I plan to keep this new car until the wheels fall off, but I will be back to get my next car from them!

The salesperson, Justin was great. He met me with a friendly smile and approached me as soon as I came into the showroom. He was helpful and went above the norm to keep me informed and answer any questions I had.The managers I dealt with the three times I was there were also helpful and apologetic when I had to wait much longer than expected when I came to finalize the loan and pick up my car.The loan specialist was a great help, as well, and it was a pleasure going through the loan paperwork with him.After waiting a lengthy amount of time for the loan papers to be prepared and what I thought my car to be detailed, I was disappointed when I got into the car snd saw the inside was a little dirty. The floor mats had not been cleaned and there was dirt, even a dead ladybug, in one of the compartments. Not a big deal really but it seems maybe the car was not detailed for me after all.Overall, it was a wonderful experience buying from Jeff Wyler Nissan. I enjoyed the entire staff and, of course, am enjoying my new used car. I would definitely return to this dealership for my next car purchase.Praying for God to bless this dealership snd everyone that works in each department.

My daughter was traveling out of state and her car broke down on the side of road and was towed to Jeff Wyler Nissan. When it determined that the car was not repairable, the service department put her in touch with sales. They were able to put her in a new vehicle and send me the paperwork in another state to co-sign. Considering I was not there to help her with the process, the entire team explained the entire process to her where she felt comfortable with her purchase. I cannot thank them enough for helping her!

2 hrs and 40 mins for an oil change, filters and balance and rotate. I was told it would take 1 hr and 15 min. It’s never taken that long and they never updated me about any issues.Two hours in, I went to ask about my suv but no one was at the service desk they were all in the break room. And I was told it would be around shortly which was 40 minutes later. After my Wyler Care ends I’m out.

I recommend going elsewhere.1, walked the lot for an hour before getting in our vehicle to call and ask for sales team help.2, This dealer is automatically including 995.00 charge for a device that makes one brake light blink. Yes. One tailight that you can already make blink yourself. This upcharge is included even after you sign paperwork denying all upcharge services. When you catch them your suddenly ignored as nobody will answer the phone. After finally receiving a return check for 995.00 they kept the taxes I was charged. We already pay enough taxes to just turn around and have an addition Theft tax added.3, The temp tag was not legible after six weeks of waiting for permanent tag. Police pulled me over and told me I need to have it corrected ASAP. After calling wyler nissan several more times I finally found out the paperwork was sent to my county one month after purchase.4. Insult to injury, when the paperwork finally arrived to county I recieved a call stating the proper amount was not paid by Wyler Nissan and the paperwork could no be completed. After calling Wyler again (ring ring ring ring) I gave up and paid out of pocket to the tag agency for something the finance manager should have taken care of already. Now, more money has been stolen for me.4, The best part is that this dealer was offering me gift cards and free service if I would delete my new purchase email. (RED FLAG) They are attempting to manipulate the review process by offering freebies. Ironically, those never arrived. Im not interested in them anyways. Its just the irony. I believe they know the process in and out and stall you just enough for the survey to expire.5. Phone will ring forever. If the front desk person answers youll be transferred to some voice-mail and never recieve a response.6, Makes you wonder if this is happening to others since they are so quick to beg you to delete survey emails. Thats a very sad way to do business.

False advertising, bait and switch…this is by far the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. My adult daughter and I went to buy a car with cash for the advertised price and the Sales Manager tried with all his might to bully me into adding packages onto the car. I told him no, that I wanted it for the advertised price plus the taxes and not a dime more. He said to me”I know this doesn’t matter to you, but if we sell you this car for what we have it advertised for we would lose about $3000 on that sale. What???? So basically you advertise a price (false) and then get the customer onto the lot and tell them they basically HAVE to buy these other packages(bait and switch). I was literally told, that I had no choice but to purchase the packages. Needless to say, I did not buy the car. I also sent an email to the general manager (what a joke) I have never gotten a response. Please DO NOT go to this dealership. They are bullies and rip off artists. If I could give negative stars, I would. They don’t even deserve one star.

I take my nissans to Wyler service for all my repairs etc. The service is top notch and on top of that they give me a loaner car if they keep mine longer. Most importantly they do not creat stuff to make a buck they are HONEST...Jen is very honest with me and pricing is fair which makes life less stressful and they own up to the work they do... if they mess up they fix it at no cost. I recommend Wyler service department to Nissan drivers here in Louisville... check them out ... you won’t regret it.

Between Caleb and the sales manager, things couldn’t have been easier and not as frustrating. We picked up a demo Rogue that was driven by a sales manager at a deal that was willing to drive for. We turned in a lease that was purchased from that dealership even though we relocated to Maryland (I’m military). Originally we inquired on an online tool, was connected to a sales rep when he was out filling up another car he just sold. And we touched base throughout that night and into the next day. My fiancé and i were originally going to fly into town for a wedding, but when we agreed on numbers, the 9 hour drive was worth it for the level of service that was offered. Once we signed some papers, we took the vehicle home, and noticed some slight damage on the vehicle (again, it was a demo). The GM honestly made it right.Hands down, if i didn’t love my truck, i would trade in my vehicle tomorrow to this dealership. Best, easiest, experience ever.

Poor customer relations. These people want to sell a vehicle, but once the sale is done, so is the dealership with us. They won’t return calls, won’t answer phone, always goes to voicemail. Wyler won’t have to deal with us anymore, we use another dealer now for parts and service. When we purchase another vehicle, it will be with the other dealer, that’s a promise. Thanks

Deaven was amazing! Really went the extra mile and then some, he was responsive, friendly and made everything so easy! Other employees helped out during the transaction to make everything smooth and efficient. Only 2 people at this dealership that I have positive words for. Lexi Wolfinbarger (Lexi was a breath of fresh air). Also a very nice black lady salesman ( sorry I forgot her name) about 65 yrs old. She gave us some good background about our truck we purchased, and was able to drive the manual transmission truck.....unlike the younger folks working there.The sales manager was so far off on the trade-in value of our 2018 Honda CRV ( 18,500 miles ), offered us 16,500 against the 23,600 Nissan that we ended up purchasing, that I walked out. I then sold the Honda to Carvana for $22,873 & came back the next week, bought the 2019 Frontier for $21,000. No matter how you look at that, he was basically off base by $7000. That was an effort to rip me off. Not pleasant business dealing with him. Ended up great for me. Got the truck for $2000 less than I sold my Honda for !!!!!!Personnel there were pleasant, but the disjointed and unorganized way the sales department was run was awful. We waited and waited there to be served on both visits to Wylers. Smiles were plentiful but actions were very slow. Not good. Paperwork was unbelievable, essentially signing paper after paper, just to say that I had been given the previous paper to read and sign ! Really. I was a cash customer. It should have been a simple transaction, but was not.No one east of the Mississippi had a manual transmission Frontier so I had to go with Wyler, otherwise I would not have returned there. Also, they would not deliver the truck to me in Richmond, despite all their advertising that they deliver. No one in the service department could explain the need for starting the engine every 500 miles when towing 4 wheels down, I had to find that answer from another dealer. No one there offended me, they just didnt know what they should know. Thats as honest as I can be, sorry. Trading a car is always a real pain. Sell your car to Carvana, dont accept their trade-in offers. I say buyer beware, maybe I was an exception to normal operations, I hope so.

Took my car in to get it appraised since it’s a “good time” to sell a used car and people are offering more for them right now. The dealership offered me around 4K less than the Kelly blue book price and 6K less than carvana. I was very clear in telling them that I was just looking at a car and discussed some possible numbers and said 100 times that I needed some time to think over the decision before buying or signing anything…I hadn’t even decided if I wanted to sell my car because it’s in perfect condition with low mileage. Consultant said ok and answered any questions that I had. Before I knew it, while sitting at the dealership, I got a notification of a hard inquiry on credit karma from the dealership. I NEVER gave the consultant permission to run my credit nor did they said they were about to run it!!! Felt very rushed and pressured to buy a car and was very uncomfortable!!! Especially by the manager. And on top of that now I have 2 unauthorized hard inquiries from them on my credit report. I will not be returning.

Ros helped us and she was the best salesperson I have met. Yeah, she was trying to make a sale but she never seemed pushy. I felt like she really wanted to help us. The manager came out and talked to me, he was also wonderful. Jake the finance guy explained everything very well and was patient with questions. We will definitely be using them the next time we are in the market. It was a very positive experience.
