Always enjoy taking a break and seeing what new items have arrived in store. With the beautiful Christmas trees and decor, it can really get you in a cheerful holiday spirit. Plus, you can find some great deals on some really nice furnishings.

Better yet, the staff will help you or leave you alone to discover things on your own. Its nice to have such a knowledgeable staff that isnt pushy.

We needed a floral arrangement to make a statement when entering our Dining Room. We went in with pictures and some fabric swatches. Three days later we had a beautiful arrangement made. The price was very reasonable. We could not be more pleased with the product and the service.

Absolutely loved browsing the store, first time here. We were out for lunch and spotted this store. The curb appeal really drew me in I will be back, have to come back. First time there I was with my husband and you know how that goes. I felt a bit rushed through the store and you really should take your time and really take it all in so that your do not miss a thing, because there is so so much to see Yes I loved this store ! A must stop for anyone who loves truly unique pieces of furniture and decor.

Love this store. It is well organized and the prices although sometimes higher than expected, the merchandise is higher quality. The store also has the best silk flower dept I have found in Louisville. Go there.... you will not be disappointed

This place is wonderful!!! I wanted to purchase at least 50% of everything there, and wouldve if I needed it or was furnishing a whole house. Reasonable prices, quality pieces, nothing that looked stained or worn. They have an eye for traditional well-made things and I will come back often.

Victor has done an amazing job with this shop! The vast majority of the items are like new, and would normally be quite expensive. Victor makes sure that there is a wide selection of fine furniture at affordable prices. It is always a pleasure to browse in Redefine Design (which I do often) and find beautiful things I didnt know I needed. This is NOT a junk shop or Goodwill-type of establishment. A brief look in the window will tell you that! The space is big enough for lovely displays and lots of deals.

This furniture consignment store has everything you need for your next interior design project. The store is huge and has everything from furniture to fabrics to silk flowers and more. Stephanie is very friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend them!

I picked two candlesticks out of their back Christmas consignment area having been told everything back there is half off. I left them up front and the lady noted they appeared incorrectly labeled, but said she believed me. Assuming that was the end of it, I then wandered around the store thinking about what items I might like to choose for the house for at least 30 more minutes, then decided to head back home to think about what the house needed prior to deciding what to buy. I went back to the front and was told in the awkwardest and rather impolite way that the items were not half off, by a different woman. It was clear the error had been discussed between the two earlier. No token apology, no sorry for the confusion, no I understand why you may be disappointed. When I said they looked Christmasy and could there have been an error in the labelling I received a vague eh and no answer. Perhaps the lady thought I was lying. Im out ten bucks so its really not the money I care about, but as soon as I purchased them I regretted it and wished Id left them on the counter. It was rude, inconsiderate, and awkward, once the error had been discovered, to allow the customer to continue to wander around for so long unaware that there had been an error. Why not just come up to me and tell me so I can have a moment to think about it? In those circumstances, waiting until the customer feels pressured into purchasing the items before making the error clear is also rude, and in poor taste. Will buy my furnishings and decor elsewhere in the future.

I rate colors, furniture, and arrangements as from tinny to fabulous..This design house on the avenue is both fabulous and fun...and the Candy at the exits give the store thatextra something
