Amazing place! Love the experience and they have foot spa 5 piece packages for 3.75 amazing. I am sad caz I came today and they are closed until Sunday 3/21/21. Just so u know not to waste a trip but they will reopen 3/21/21. I was trying get stuff for my 11 yr old she love this place. Her birthday is Monday. I will be back Sunday all my experience here are amazing and I cant wait to come again!!Please support local businesses!!

The owner extremely nice and educational if your unsure about new products she very willing to help 😀 😉 I see mix reviews but go see for yourself I been a few times and no bad experience for me & place is clean also ! Things are reasonably price does need some update on things for whats current such as designs but all your basic needs you can definitely find her...I will definitely return oh by the way Im using my husband account to write this review

I tried to shop there with my 11 year old daughter. We were followed throughout the entire store. It bothered me but I left it alone because I understand that people do steal. BUT then I went to look at things in the front of store by the register, wanting to purchase some things out of the display. I felt someone tugging and pulling at the basket in my hands. I thought it was my 11 year old so I said let go I got it but they kept pulling and tugging at the basket so when I looked up it was one of the workers. I told her I was fine and I got it and she kept trying. Never the less I purchased nothing and will never go there again! Customer service is horrible!

Most uncomfortable experience of my life. Never asked if I needed help, followed throughout the entire store like I was gonna steal. Waited forever to be rung up even though the lady was in the aisle behind me. Never again

As being the only nail supply store in Louisville, my mother in law and I went into the store a few weeks back to see what products they have available. We were followed throughout the entire store. The guy was acting like he was fixing things on each isle we were on just to watch us. When we move to a different isle, the employee would move to that isle as well. Glad i didnt spend any money with this business and I would NEVER!!!!!!!!

The customer service experience can be real uncomfortable. The being followed in the store, rushed to purchase and leave, and all around rudeness is annoying. The owners wife is a real sweetheart and the only person I like to wait on me. The rest need to work on their customer service skills. The variety in the store is lovely tho. They have a lot of what is needed in the industry. For the most part the store stays clean and organized, I love that about this location.

Nail supplies. Great for nail tech essentials. No custom stuff though. Nice staff.Update staff changed. New staff awful and predjudice.Update. Went in today. Owner always polite. Staff followed me around while other non black people were also shopping. So I asked if she was trying to help me. She said yes. So I asked my question. She went to get someone else. He looked at me and went to answer someone else s question. Never came back either. Ive felt a way from time to time shopping there but as a melanated woman I know when I am being profiled. good relationship ruined over stereotyping. will be looking for other suppliers

Evidently this supply store isnt used to selling to Indiana businesses. Tried to charge me more for products than what their pricing is supposed to be.

These people are criminals. They do not post their return policy nor do they tell you about it. If you try to return something they will tell exchange only. STAY AWAY!!!!
