Dont go there dont do it 2 yourself. There is Famous Beauty up the street and Beauty Trends downtown with better customer service, better products, better prices, and just a better overall experience shopping. Today was my first day going in there so I was looking around. Everything was going fine at first. Until I asked the owner Whats the name of this There was a product I seen but it didnt have a tag. Five words sent the owner into a rant. She stated that people coming in looking for information are the ones who steal, so she doesnt give out information. She also stated that someone had came in earlier and stole three wigs in 10 seconds. Then she stated she cant please everyone, she runs her business how she wants, people come in looking and dont buy, and she was on a phone call. I ask a simple question and she was just all over the place. I told her im going to let u get back to your phone call. I went to Famous Beauty and spent my money like usual. I was trying to spend money here but the owner is just unprofessional and lacks customer service skills.

The owner is very pleasant to speak with she is always kind and welcoming to me She does not like you to touch her wigs without asking been coming here for years ❤Her she has a good💜

As soon as I walked in she said Are you gonna buy something? ....

This supply store has a wide variety of braid hair, crochet hair, and wigs. Its neat, clean and organized. The lady at the front desk, who was very blunt was helpful and greeted me when I came in. If you want a new look, you may wanna step in and see her. And please be nice, were all out here trying to pay our bills.

I will have to agree with everyone, as to her being by far the rudest business owner out there. She is HORRIBLE in the worse way. Crazy thing is she has an awesome inventory, majority of her wigs are synthetic. So with that being said theres an awesome supply store that just took over the the old Hair Gold on Indian trail. They have tons of wigs now & the employees are awesome

This woman is extremely rude! She does not have any patience and customer service is horrible! She cursed me out and put me out of her store all because while I was shopping, one of her customers stopped me and asked what kind of hair I had in my head? When I told her, she asked the owner of this store if she sold it and the owner said no!! that same customer then asked me where I got it from? I told her that I got it online and I gave her the name of the website... And thats when the owner went off on me and said I was trying to drive her customer away, and for me not to say anything to her customer! I said, she asked me a question, so Im going to answer it. Thats when she got really upset and started yelling get out!!!!! as she was walking to the door to open it and put me out. This woman is evil! She refuses to hire anyone to assist her in her store and she is extremely overpriced! She charges double, sometimes triple for her wigs in comparison to online prices. She was charging $80 for a wig that sold for $34 online. I showed her this before and she told me she was going to call the online vendor and complain about their prices smh. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERPRICED BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE!

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude, nosy and inappropriate. She had been listening to a personal conversation I was having with my friend where I mentioned the name of another store in reference to a joke. Upon checking out she proceeds to confront me about having mentioned the name of another store at her store and how she doesnt like the fact that I was doing that. Not only did she not have any idea what I was talking about to begin with but she had no right to be listening to our private conversation in the first place. She was extremely rude and definitely lost a future customer. No Stars. Rude, rude. Rude!!!!

This lady is one of the nastiest beauty supply owners in Louisville, KY. She talks crazy to you and tell you not to touch anything. As a consumer, I want to know what Im purchasing quality wise. Ive seen her talk disrespectful to a lot of customers and even seen her put people out for no reason. I will not be purchasing anything from her store and wont suggest anyone to either. I will be reporting her to the BBB, you can bet her chopsticks on that!

Never will go bk again. Lady is rude..and unprofessional. You cant touch anything unless you buy. She will keep pressuring you to see if u will or not. Cant try on wigs unless u plan to by or she wont help you. She talks crazy and nasty to you. Dont waste your time or money. Dont shop here lady is very rude stops you at the door with rules of dont touch anything...i went there today and was talking to a lady about hair she got made an asked was i there to buy or take customer...she put me and the lady out and followed us out the store saying she didnt need our money...i went to a totally different beauty supply place shared my experience and those owners knew her and said she is very rude and alot people refuse to go there....Dont spend your money there. She needs to be put out of business immediately. I will be calling the BBB on her Monday

This beauty supply is the closest beauty supply store to my house, I go out of my way to make sure I don’t give her any business because she is rude & erratic.
