And the DIVISION SALES MANAGER KYLE KENNY IS Youre useless never answers the phone and never gives you a call back youll lie to you.Ive had the ice machine break down twice the first time they replace the machine. And only give me half of the money back for the ice. The second time just a week before I full the ice machine up it stopped working all my ice melted.they came out to fix it. The Service tech said it was fixed I put ice in it,it all melted AGAIN.THAT WAS 8/5 He said he will embarrass me, but now hes not hes going to try rip me off again this is what hurts small businesses .we all need to quit using this kind of companies.And lets dont forget the price of a bag of ice they change me $5.03 now how much can I make off that.
