We had a tire emergency this morning. They are open at 7 am. Tammy was very nice and treated my daughter like family. The facility is good size. Cleaned and well looked after. We watched the guys working through the window. It was cool to watch. Everyone is pretty chill and nice here. I would recommend to anyone looking for the best deal or friendly staff. The also make the best coffee and have complementary water. Thanks again Forrest Tire for getting us back on the road.

I was stressed with a flat tire. I got there snd they were VERY professional, reasonable prices and fast. They are now my tire shop. Hands down. I went to them after waiting 20 minures at another tire shop and got tired on waiting so left snd went to Forest Tire. Thank you!Cody brock

Needed a flat fixed on Saturday morning. Site says they are open until noon Saturday. Locked up tighter than a drum. Website says it was updated by the company a week ago. Need to update the time they are open.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They stripped my lug nut and stuck me with the BILL! I have to replace the whole hub cap! $700 for the damage they did! They didnt even give me a discount on the tire either! On top of the four tires I bought from them! Dont bother going there! Your better off at discount tire. I even called to see if they can meet me out there where I had my flat they told me no. They where on call they wont be coming less then a mile down the road from the tire shop to help me out.Said Tammy Jones. I asked Alex Garcia the store manager for them no to strip my lug nut again He ignores me. I asked him twice and i am pretty sure after the third time I asked he heard. I have been to carlsbad, lovington, and Hobbs. The only descent one is in HOBBS!

Rude customer service! I tried calling to resolve an issue I had after the horrible service I was provided, and paid for, asking for information how to reach the owner. I was told by the receptionist, We do not do charity work and I dont know how to contact the owner.
