John is great to work with, I had an issue with a glass front door at my shop and he came by and fixed it himself.I also had an issue with a power mirror on our delivery van and gave me some sound advice on the repair.Great people to work with.

Have used Riverside Glass for years. As a former Lowellian, I drive from Rye NH. Brought a broken glass top for an end table as a template to cut a new piece. Picked up glass and it was about an inch short. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend! I had to reschedule with them a few times and Everytime they were accommodating to me.They got me right in when I arrived and had all the car insurance stuff done.In and out in an hour. Dont go to the big guys go to Riverside.

This company is great . I own many trucks and any time I need John, he is there for me. Does a great job on accommodating me, I can drive first thing a.m in and out or he will come out to us. He has also dose a great job on replacement windows and glass shower doors. Great jobs guys

Had a windshield replaced. Very easy, just called and they came to my office the next day and handled all the insurance stuff for me. Would definitely do business with them again.

Very dissatisfied with their service.Called them to replace a broken tempered glass door. The door is made of two tempered glass with a frame in between. Typical patio door.They came in, measured the glass to be replaced, and ordered it. Price wasnt cheap.Glass arrived after a week. The installer came and noticed that the glass he brought would not fit. It turned out the door and glass were measured incorrectly. Good thing the installer noticed before trying to install it. Else he would have broken up the unbroken side and left me with a fully broken patio door.Another week passed and the right glass came in. After installing it looked great, but after close inspection I noticed it was not. The inside frame of the glass door was incorrect. It was measured incorrectly (too small) and now I have a door with an inside frame that bounces on the inside of the glass door. Lightly touching the door will cause the frame to bounce around and make noises.Due to my work, I could not contact them for this problem on time, and now it might be too late.Edit (1/2014)Company did contact me and offered to resolve my problems. Unfortunately I sold my condo, so resolving this issue was impossible.Uped their review as they attempted to fix the problem.

Bad business windshield was not install properly and dirty work and the shop refuse to clean it and get it done right.
