Its hard to find a number of things in life you can depend on--a good doctor, a good barber, and a good mechanic. When you do find one you can trust, keep going to them. I have been going to Dutton Street Auto Repair for years for all my automotive repairs. I currently have a vehicle from 2006 that runs like new due to this place. Knowledgeable, experienced, and fair. My only complaint is that i will have to find somewhere else to go once the owner retires. Highly recommended.

Ive been coming to Nhan for over a year now. Hes been servicing my car and has been very honest with what needs to be fixed. Always tell me to stop by when I text him with a concern on my car. Within little things that needs to fix he would fix it for me at no charge. I wouldnt go to anyone else with future maintenance. Thanks Nhan, for always doing a great job on my car.

By far the best auto repair shop in this area. I’ve gone to at least a dozen shops big name and local guys from Lowell, Dracut, Haverhill, Lawrence, and even Salem NH, some were good but this guy tops them all by far. You will not find a more honest, reasonable priced mechanic around with the same experience and knowledge. If you try this shop you won’t take your car or truck anywhere else.

I had some wiper problems and Nhan helped me out quickly and at a good price. Hes a very kind, smart, and honest man and Im a young guy so I told I him I wanted to eventually learn how to maintenance my car myself because I was getting my money stolen by some of the local mechanics and he actually offered to teach me a few things if I wanted ! Go here if you want an honest and good mechanic who cares about his clients, I cant recommend him enough, I wont be going to any other mechanic from now on, not until the owner retires that is.

Recently moved to Lowell, and was having trouble with my ABS/4-wheel drive. Nahn gave me an estimate, very honest and upfront, showed me photos of the parts that were problematic. He fixed the issue in only two days and my Jeep has been running great since! Ill be back to Nahn in the future with any car troubles.

The shop owner Nhan who Ive met. Hes phenomenal he kept it real from the beginning. He didnt pressure, he didnt bs about anything. He just made sure that I was happy. And honestly its hard trying to find real mechanics who knows what their doing but also truly honest ! Definitely will be going back for future services.

I highly recommend Dutton AutoI was in a bind and was going on vacation and had never been to him. He squeezed me in and got my car fixed that day. He was reasonably priced. Nhan is amazing! My check engine line was on and Nhan charged me at no price to diagnose it. It ended up being something he didn’t specialize in and suggested I check if I have warranty. He was upfront rather than taking on something he cannot do. I did get my car fix at no cost and went too Nhan afterwards for brake work. He answered all my questions patiently. I waited two days for my appointment which then he got me in and out within a couple hours. Nhan is reliable and on point. My car is riding so much smoother thanks too him! Dutton St auto repair is THE BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. I never met him before and the first time I called him for repair, I could not believe how professional he is and honest he is. He answered my questions thoroughly. He sent me an estimate and booked me an appt within 5 mins. This man is very loyal, honest and punctual. Sent me updates on the repairs and went out of his way to find me the required part needed to finish the job. He could of charged me double the labor for the defected part I brought him and his exact words were: DONT WORRY ABOUT IT, I FEEL BAD SO WE ARE BOTH GONNA EAT THIS TOGETHER. If you want an honest and good mechanic this is the place to go, his garage is on the far right with the 2 garage doors, I never been here before I came here by good reviews, towed my car there explained what’s going on he checked it out told me what’s going on even took pictures and sent it to me, Gave me a reasonable price not like the dealerships way over price he’ll even tell you if something needs to be replace and he’s not gonna replace it if it doesn’t need too, I will be coming back!
