Ownership and car sales personnel are 5.0. Service prices and Tire prices are a joke.They charged me $671 for 3 tire and a dollar for the 4th. One the internet for that same4 tires $119 for 1. Had my oil changed $40, front end alignment $75 special.I was charged over $200 dollars service to put the tires on the car. I bought 3 NEW cars atGervais over a 8 year period and will never buy a car at Gervais again.

I bought a 2020 Sorento here and had the best experience Ive ever had with a car dealer. Jack (salesman) and Jim (his boss) went above and beyond and hooked me up with a very fair deal on a great car. And Will, their finance guy, was efficient and thorough.I went in prepared to negotiate very hard but was pleasantly surprised by their first offer. They even provided me a loaner for a day when I wasnt able to get to the dealership early enough in the day to finish the paperwork. A+++If you need a new car, call these guys. So i had a 2014 kia soul the engine blew with no explanation on why it happened they wanted 5700 something for refurbished parts to be put in and that would have been more then we had left on our loan so we chose to lease a car everything sounded great hes was like we will have the car here for you monday Tuesday the latest well tuesday came and went the entire week came and went finally on the 16th we got the car they call to see if we want to pick it up that day and what time i said yes of course iv been waiting all week can we get it for 12:30 hes said why dont we make it 1:30 well that came and went they had to wait on the insurance company fine whatever dont ask me if i want to come and get it if everythings not ready on your end once we got called to pick it up it was so late in the afternoon they didnt have anyone to do the inspection i try and go today and its an hour and half wait there are 3 people in front of me and i called ahead they said first come first serve when i get there they said are you able to come back whats the point if i leave and i come back im gonna be behind someone else that make no since literally dealing with them is like walking in a circle never getting anywhere i strongly advise anyone and everyone to find someone else to go to because this is ridiculous always waiting on something and always an excuse for why something isnt being done or cant be done at that time i dont understand how they can run a business this way i understand with covid things are different and difficult but something need to change whether its the staff or owner i dont know but figure it out

Just bought a Kia Forte. Gervais Kia made the process super easy with no pressure. Ensured they found the car I wanted. Everyone there is really friendly and helpful. This was the best experience I have had purchasing a car.

I called in to get an appointment for my Suzuki recall. After a long wait to get connected I was told that I had to bring in my car twice, first time for an inspection. I didnt get any clear explanation why it was needed. On my way to the dealership I decided to call and double check. Surprisingly my appointment was canceled and nobody bothered to let me know.

I only needed a state inspection sticker. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment. I did not. I was going to come in first thing in the morning to be the rush but they suggested that if my schedule was flexible Id have less wait time if I came in in the afternoon. They were 100% correct.When I arrived they took me immediately. I also asked them some additional questions. The driver side sunshade wouldnt stay up and the rear window defroster wasnt working. They were very helpful with suggestions for both issues.When my car was ready a short time later. I was informed that they were able to fix the rear window washer and provide a temporary fix for the Sun shade at no additional cost.I am very pleased with the service I received and the time it took to complete. The all people I dealt with were very congenial and professional.

My lease will be up in June but I will NOT be leasing a new Kia. Was not happy with my salesman when I hit this car. My daughter leased her second Kia in December from this dealership and they still won’t give her the spare key to the car. This is 2 months now that she has been waiting for the key and many phone calls to them. I can’t wait to be done with Kia. Don’t waste your time here.

We recently had major engine issues with our Kia Optima and decided to bring to Gervais Kia for service. I interacted with Ryan in the service department during the lengthy process to diagnose and repair the issue. Ryan was extremely patient with my wife and I throughout the process and he did a fantastic job with explaining the problem and the steps to get to resolution. I am sure there were others at Gervais who were involved with solving our vehicles issues and I cant thank them and Ryan enough for their outstanding commitment and customer service. I highly recommend this dealership and will do business with them in the future

Wish they separated service reviews from sales reviews. I find it hard to believe this place is rated so high after my experience. Was sold a car that overheated, blew a radiator and blew a head gasket all within a few weeks of purchasing the car. Asked for them to take the car back and get us into a new car, I wanted to buy a new car from them, and they refused to deal with me, though I was more than within my legal right to ask for what I did. The salesman and manager I dealt with were rude and disrespectful when I simply asked why they wouldn’t work with me on this. I got upset, the salesman asked me why I was upset and I told him the manager was rude (stormed out of the show room as he raised his voice to me). The salesman said it was my fault because the manager told me he wasn’t going to deal with me that day. He blamed me for this man’s terrible behavior. I do not recommend this place. It’s been a nightmare dealing with them. If they sell you a car and it has problems, they will not own that.

Gervais KIA is filled with wonderful people that truly are their to help you find exactly what your looking for and work with you until your driving away in Your new car. Everyone there is so nice and not pushy at all. From the sales men to the financing to the owner. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. They go above and beyond to help you with whatever it is you need! I met the owner Peter and He made me feel so comfortable. He came over introducing himself asked how I was and what I was looking for and assured me that I would be in great hands. and he wasnt wrong! He truly is an amazing man ! My sales man Will was also amazing. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me and showing me everything about the car there was to know. The day that I was scheduled to pick up my new car was Wills day off, but instead he asked me what time was best for me to Pick it up and he was there waiting for me when I arrived and made sure I had no questions before I drove off. He even took the time to set up my blue tooth and other features that would have taken me forever to do. I could not be more happy with my new car, Kia Sorento, It is absolutely beautiful and amazing and I love it. By far the best vehicle I have ever owned. I recommend anyone whos looking for a new vehicle to start with Gervais, they wont be disappointed!

This was the best car buying experience ever!!! Mike was my sales person. He was personable, compassionate, respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. When he wasnt sure about something, he knew who to ask. We had issues getting the RMV1 form from my insurance company so that I could transfer my plates from my old car to my new car. He made two trips to the registry to take care of the transfer. It took all day to get my new car registered, but it was because of the snafu with my insurance company, not the dealer. I sat at the dealer all day, and everyone was so wonderful to me while I was there. Ive been back a couple of times and they have been amazing. Thank you!!!!!

I took the day and was determined to get a car on that day. I went to Gervais Kia first and then went to 3 other dealerships to look for the right one for me. After hours and hours test driving different cars, different models and makes, I went back to Gervais Kia. Will approached me and never once was he pushy. If had been that way, I would have left and not come back. Instead, he took his time to explain and showed me the cars features. He was informative, amiable in nature and friendly. I also met the used-cars manager who was also fantastic. I met the guys in the maintenance and the parts department and they were all phenomenal and willing to assist. I strongly recommend this place for all your buying or leasing needs. What a bunch of professionals they are!

I went to Kia Friday morning for a simple oil change and sticker on my previous car, then bumped into Humprey, that great person and salesman who in five minutes convinced me it would be reasonable to trade it now in for a new lease. Before I examined my car, I told them sometime engine shakes and they told me we definitely give you an answer!After they tested it for five minutes, They told me: We do NOT know what is happening, we can NOT replicate the problem. ONE hour labor is $110 ...---- they told me the was the answer!

We went to Gervais Kia and Gervais Lincoln because of excellent unsolicited recommendations from two separate friends.We purchased a certified Kia Forte, very happy with the price and service. 10 days later, it was in an accident and totaled. We went back to Gervais Kia and looked at their stock, didnt see anything we wanted in our price range.Without any prompting they then offered us a fantastic deal on another certified Forte at a significant discount. Wish there were negative stars.. Scheduled days in advance took car in for A/C problem they talked to them twice they said car would be ready for 5 oclock . At 4;50 get a call they didnt have the SPECIAL freon for my car???? They dont have freon to fix my car that was scheduled for A/C Really Manager Mike dont care we had no car to get to work piece of work he is Had the owner call me He didnt seem bothered by the fact that his service dept. didnt have freon in stock! Its spring time guys really Stay far away from these clowns . Special freon what a bunch of LIARS

Friendly service and my charges for services were explained to me in detail. Service was not long...I had a state inspection and an oil change. Smiling cashier and assisted with the payment transaction. Good experience!

Service dept. wouldn’t accept a valid coupon for service that they mailed to me. I’ve bought two new vehicles their. Never do business with them again! I hope that $20 they saved was worth it.

Took my car in for an oil change and leaking tire. Got everything done within an hour as promised. Tire plug cost a very reasonable $12. Somewhat disappointed that they didnt wash my car even though I gave them the coupon, but I didnt confirm that I could get the free car wash if I used the oil change coupon also. Ive read that other customers have gotten the free car wash in conjunction with the other coupon, so 4 stars instead of 5 because everyone should be treated the same way.

I bought a 2015 pre-owned Kia Sorrento last month and I could not be happier. Our salesperson Anthony was great, he was very helpful answering all of our questions. From my experience with their service department, be careful. I paid for full service for replacing my front and rear brakes,e-brakes and rotors. About two weeks after I left the garage, I had an inspection coming up and guess what, I had no e-brakes .Tried calling them about the issue, all I got was you have to pay an extra two hundred dollars to get that fixed.At that point, I hanged up the phone. Also five months in after the so called brake replacement, my rear brakes where all gone. So what am saying is they lie right in your face. Never coming back...

Let me start by saying, I absolutely loved my experience at Gervais Kia. My salesman Mike Squadrito went well above and beyond to service and satisfy me. I hated my recent car, I travel a lot for work and needed something better on gas and easier on maintenance. Also being a New Englandr I needed all wheel drive. The Kia Sportage was what I was looking for.I wanted a specific color. Pacific Blue. They didnt have that color, I told him I would settle for black. (He DID NOT settle on anything less than what I wanted) but he made absolute sure they got the Pacific Blue for me. He really went that extra mile for me. I will absolutely return to Gervais Kia in Lowell and see Mike. Im 100% satisfied with my buy!

I had my SUV in for a recall on the fuel pump. My gas needle which is mechanical, was work fine and everthing was reading right until they had to drop the tank to replace the fuel pump. Now my needle fluctuate, the needle dosnt read full anymore and I smell gas fumes now and then when i park my SUV. Long story short, I got intouch with the service manger he told me it was my cluster on the dashboard. Which would be a $1,200 repair. I took it to my mechanic in my town and he told me the install was not properly done. It would cost me $700 for my mechanic to fix the problem that they caused,which would have nothng to do with the dashboard cluster.I would never buy or get my vehicles service from them again.

Always please with the service at this dealership. Have a 2009 Sportage and a 2016 Optima. Have recommended them to other people.
