If I could give 6 stars I would. I came in to sign up for the Gamestop Pro rewards subscription and Nick helped me out quickly and efficiently. Because of the program I was able to buy a PS5 through the gamestop website.

They never answer the phone. Tried calling three times and they kept hanging up on me. Terrible customer service.

Everyone who works here is very accommodating and, knowledgeable on most things featured throughout the store. The only slightly negitive experience Ive had, here was due to a new employee who had a little trouble directing me towards a certain item I required. I love this store and I give a 5/5

It was Awesome. Such an amazing polite staff. So much stuff on clearance and on sale. Defenitly would shop at this location.

This Game stop can be very dirty and chaotic and many products were found to be mislabeled. Upon further inspection some new games were opened with manuals bent and crooked, but that could be a corporate issue and not a individual location problem. The only redeeming quality about this location is its staff most dont try to force memberships down your throat and I have had many informative conversations with the staff. They also, are very knowledgeable when talking to parent who is buying for their kid telling them what is and isnt appropriate. Overall, this is a messy and unclean location with very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent selection of games and a wide array of collectibles, this store seems to have the titles Im looking for most often within the area. Excellent assistance from the knowledgeable and courteous associates without any extraneous salesmanship. Easy access and plenty of parking right near the entrance is a major plus in my eyes.

Game stop tend to be too pricey for me. But I am an active gamer and the customer service is usually great. Tho in some stores they need work on customer interactions. Mainly the mall game stop. But the rest of them are overall pretty great

This is my go to GameStop. The staff is always kind and helpful, but not annoying and abrasive. They have a good selection of new and used games as one would expect. If you are in the market for a game to kill some time or want something specific Id definitely recommend you give them a go.

Very knowledgeable staff for my lack of some gaming knowledge. Even though we were last minute, the guys didnt rush us and we left 10 minutes after they closed!

This time it was on my end, but they were extremely understanding and worked to resolve the issue in full within no time. There are many game stops to choose from, but this is the one I trust most and feel most welcome at.

Me and a buddy were looking for a specific item, our local GameStop did not have the item in stock. The clerk at that store looked it up and told us this location had 2 of what we were looking for so came by to purchase it. The person working in the store told us that the item was in their back room which was a mess and basically couldnt be bothered to look for it and told us just to order it online even though they had it in the store.

I was going to buy a headset for my ps4 but I had some questions and unfortunately the two people who were working were to busy talking to each other to help me so I left, never a word from either of them. Now I will just buy them online which I should have just done from the beginning.

The employees were very nice, I had no problem with them. It was the game stop system I had a problem with, it showed that they had something in stock in the store but in reality it wasnt really there. This isnt the first time Ive seen this in a game stop. Also I ended up buying a pre-owned 500G Xbox One S for way more money then what I couldve gotten it for at a Wal-Mart or Target.

Im disappointed with this store, firstable I bought the xbox one X1 controller with the Megaman design, the sales representative his name was Nathan ID number 567286, he didnt even bother to open the box and check if the controller was inside. I went home, open the box and it was empty, I got back to the store to explain them the situation and Nathan (the sales representative) kept saying to his coworker weird, I felt the controller in the box he went with his coworker to check the back for the controller and said right in front of me I did sold her the controller its not back there he even gave me a bad look. At the end I received a refund for the controller, but his attitude was disrespectful and he lacks the skills to work at customer service, I wontt buy at this location again.

It seems to smell in here every time like body odor. Its so bad and me and alot of other customers get treated rudely with a employee by the name of deven. On many occasions he has been rude and shows poor customer service.

Rude employees, I went to get a copy of Gulity Gear Xrd when it first came out. The employee told me they had some in the back, goes back there for about a minute, comes out, starts attending another customer and then after he finishes, just stands there, leaving me waiting for him to come back with my game! I go up to him and he tells me there isnt anymore. I called 5 minutes before I went and was told that they had 3 copies. This review is long overdue, but Im just sick of gamestops ways and its time I let people know. Mind you, thats just one incident, I have more.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORES MANAGER ASHLEY!!! YESTERDAY I WORKED 9-8PM SO I DIDNT HAVE TIME TO GO TO THE ACTUAL STORE. I CALLED THEM TO ASK IF THEY HAD ANY MINECRAFT SWORD OR PICKAXE IN STOCK. I WAS GOING TO BUY THEM FOR MY NEPHEW FOR HIS BIRTHDAY RIGHT AFTER I GET OFF WORK. I SPOKE WITH A WOMAN NAMED ASHLEY. I ASKED HER IF SHE CAN CHECK IN THE STORE IF THERE WERE ANY AROUND BC SHE HAD ALREADY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY WHEN SHE CHECKED ON HER COMPUTER. OF COURSE SHE SAID NO THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY.SO I GET OFF WORK AND I GO STRAIGHT TO MY NEPHEWS HOUSE AND BREAK THE NEWS TO HIM THAT I WILL GET HIM A LATE GIFT. HE STARTED TO CRY AND IT BROKE MY HEART. MY COUSIN SAID WAIT WHICH GAME STOP DID YOU CALL. I TOLD HER I CALLED THE ONE IN LOWELL. They pressure you too much on the sales and on you to sign up to their product

There staff and I became close people but they do still give out scratch disk to people with finger marks so remember check your disk before leaving, but they also made some improvements. But they are selling dragon balls brand new for to much when you can buy it online for $11.00
