If there was a zero stars, I would give them zero. Why? Because everytime I go there, it takes so long my entire schedule gets ruined just for a pickup order. I have waited for 25 minutes for them to take 2 cars in a three car line. It is not because of complications in any individual order because this constantly happens. The other one on Middlesex street is worse because they literally dont give you the prescriptions because theyre always out of stock or dont know how to transfer scripts or deal with insurance in any proper manner. Terrible service and Im very tired now because I cant sleep before my second job and I can no longer study like I was supposed to. Why? Walgreens on plain st in lowell.

Dont go here if you need to travel, test result will not be a turnaround of 48 hour as staff stated. I waited over 72 hour for my covid test result when crossing a board result must be within 72 hour from negative.There wasnt even a confirmation when my specimen sample got collected like other places.Again, dont use walgreen if you plan on traveling or need test result under 72hour.

I want to give more star to Walgreens plan Street but half star or one should be enough for pharmacy Walgreens in plan Street because some lady work in there acting like she perfect....in person or on the phone No respect... I choose this pharmacy Walgreens because it close to my house if so no way....

My prescription was on back order and they called around to local walgreens and found a store I could get my medication at immediately. They called me back after having found it; without having to hassle them! Great customer service! Love this Pharmacy.

This specific 5 star goes to Allen K that works in the pharmacy. tonight I went in to get a prescription and was helped by some employee that lacked knowledge with customer service, first she told me it would be ready in 20 minutes, while I was waiting she kept skipping me and assisting other customers, knowing i was waiting and 20 minutes had already passed, other employees kept staring at me and not offering help, until 30 minutes later Allen K punched in and FINALLY he was the one to help me, he even told me my prescription had been ready. Thankfully he stepped in and I was properly taken care of. He is a great pharmacist, however the other staff lack customer service skills.

I went to Walgreens at Plain Street, Lowell and the Employee who name Robert at Photo Section, he’s super nice, friendly, and helpful with customers. I gave him 7 stars for his great job.

Ive always had good service here and the staff are polite and helpful. Drive-thru pharmacy takes a while but it always seems to be because some customer is holding things up. Once that person is taken care of, the line moves quickly.

Cashier ignorant of so badly wanting to help the customer.they are like vultures on top of us when we use coupons.there isn’t even one time that I go there, that they leave me alone.especially a man with long hair, he always serves me badly. when the other cashier doesnt roll its eyes! its nothing.I usually buy almost a thousand dollars worth of merchandise every month.But not for me anymore!Im tired of being poorly attended!Good bye !You just lost a good customer !

Cant complain about this Store! Awesome Selection and Staff is always willing to help the Clientel with their Needs! Also love that they are open 24/7! I work down the Street from them and get out very late from Work, its so convenient.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to pick up my online photo order a little after 4 pm. It was supposed to be available at 8:41 AM. Instead, they told me that my order wasnt processed and they werent going to process it. I ask them why they didnt send me an email to let me know that the order wasnt process, no response...so I left. Then I receive an email 30 minutes after I left the store, informing me that my order was not process... What a huge waste of time...

It took literally 45 minutes at the drive thru window to pick up medication. Let’s say if my child was in complete pain and I have to get back to her with the med?! You people are not doing your job efficiently. Drive through was meant to be quick with fast service. Apparently you failed at that. Sad!

Its the worse pharmacy..the customer service is awful...when you go thru the drive thru for meds you sit for the longest time before they even say hello to you or come to help..its ridiculous..you need a better system or more employess..its too bad you cant give no stars for places that dont deserve even 1

The staff there is not helpful and is rude. They cannot handle customer service appropriately and choose to hang up on patients trying to refill a prescription, just need help with insurance verification. I dont recommend them at all!!

I had purchased a BOGOF vitamin E a few months ago. Today I opened one of those bottles and was met with a stench that turned my head! The inner seal was partially open, which had spoiled the softgels. I returned them to the same Walgreens Id bought them. I could not get a cash refund so I purchased more softgels with a gift card theyd given me. The catch is that I can only take one pill per day and there are 100 per bottle. Walgreens offers cash refunds for up to 30 days, so I may be faced with the same opened inner seal situation. Hopefully that was a fluke. Thank you for the even exchange, Walgreens.

Heres a quick overview of what Ive been going through with this place. I take 5 medications that are vital to me living and I carefully and methodically call and go down there a couple of days before my presciptions are due to be refilled. I recently changed to a different pharmacy that is 45min away because this Walgreens kept screwing up, 1st the script needs to be rewritten and they didnt say a word about it 3 days before when i went down there and scheduled the pick up. Then 3 days go by and the doctor sends them a new script. Now I go down there because i only have 2 days left of a vital medicine, then tell me there out of stock of it and it will be 5 days till they get it....again they never mentioned the stock availability the 2 times I had already been there!....so now I change to the 45 minute away pharmacy to get it in time. That whole thing was 3 weeks ago and now I went to walgreens for my other vital medications and the same exact thing just happened today 1/31/18, they are out of stock and it will be 4 days till they have it!...Ive been going there every month for 7 years and to not keep it in stock is all about there costs and they dont want to get it until the very last minute to not tie up there revenue. I cant stress enough to anyone who reads this to NOT go there it is a 1 pharmacist per 2000 customers store and they have 15 ways to bill u but not 1 way to keep there medication scheduled correct.

Walgreen on Chelmsford street is my most favorite Pharmaceutical store. WHY? WellI Dont know every employees name but whatever the position they have been kind patient and helpful. John is the head pharmacist and you can imagine with patients (not judging a mere observation) the patient is usually suffering from one ailment or another that affects mind, body, and spirit therefore can be impatient with the pharmacists and John who oversees it all he gets all the fallout yet I see him handle it with grace, dignity, compassion, kindness, patience and selflessly puts himself 2nd and addresses the sense of urgency at hand. I like many others one who is a pharmacist to. Forgive me I forget her name.. She is pretty blonde hair thin kind and patient to. And another woman I remember her by her sweet gentle calming voice I feel a little sad I cannot at least describe her and others to raise them up in grace and dignity. I have ADHD and can be impatient frustrating and my endless chatter is self explanatory but I treasure these Angels in my life that through adversity for lack of a better word they respond with patience unconditional kindness selflessly. I am writing a book and I dont know how much time I have left but while I am alive I will not miss any opportunity to reach another thank them teach self acceptance and comfort them.
