This was the first time I have used a storage facility, and the manager(Tricia Hernandez) was SUPER helpful! She explained all the available options and cost as well as walking me through the facility. She was kind, understanding, and patient with me, as well as helpful. I’m glad I decided to choose CUBE SMART as my storage facility because I feel safe and comfortable with where my belonging are. So it started with a follow up phone call from trish because I made reservation for a storage unit..trish was very competent which a big plus nowadays..she was thorough in her explanation of availability so I decided to go ahead with renting the unit..upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. Trish took time to show me around and demonstrated proper cargo elevator use so I would understand how to easily use it. It’s really nice to hear a friendly voice over the phone when inquiring on things of this nature and upon showing up you get that treatment..so if you want great customer service and individual attention to your needs don’t hesitate to call trish over at cubesmart Lowell..Satisfied customer

Since Cubesmart took over what was A-Value Storage which Ive never had any worries!! Now Im forced to take insurance and Im on disability and now Ive got to pay extra money I really cant afford. I have two brothers that I have got them to take storage units and now they are upset about the insurance. It should be OPTIONAL. Thier looking for another storage Company.

The worst service. When my brother passed away i went there a week later and they said the account is past due. I told them what happen and they didnt care they wanted thier money. Well i couldnt get thr money to pay for that month so the auctioned my brothers things off. So not fair. My mother is very upset. They really couldnt let me get his stuff its wrong he was never late on his payment until he was no longer with us. If anyone knows who bought this unit and has is stuff let me know please it was unit c222. It was all his personal things in that locker.
