Love this GameStop, I won’t go to another GameStop. The employees are knowledgeable on everything and they are very polite. They actually answer the store phone when someone calls, they don’t take it off the hook like the GameStop in Fox Chapel. They all are great with kids I have 3 boys ages are 14, 11, and 8 and my kids ask a lot of questions about video games and the employees answer honestly. Like I said I will never go to another store.

They are very friendly. My son was shopping for a game and the staff took there time with him and answered quetions

This is the most poorly run establishment in the entire gaming industry. The staff at this location are the most inadequate employees to disgrace the workforce. THIS STORE DOES NOT RELEASE NEW TITLES. They only have pre-owned inventory. Twice I have gone to this location to get a newly released title, and they simply do not have it. They keep blaming COVID, saying that they dont get the titles in stock. I know personally its the managers duty to order inventory. I WANTED to give this place over a hundred dollars of my money, they couldnt FIND a way to give me the NEWLY RELEASED games. Gamestop is everything that is wrong with retail. Id take a bullet for EB games to come back!!!!

I love the store and love the selection of stuff. I love how friendly the staff is and theyre always helpful. The one thing....and this is all gamestops I wish your trade in on products was worth a little more. Other than that I enjoy coming here.

Great store. Reasonable prices on EVERYTHING! buying, trading, anything you need at great prices. Not to mention it doesnt hurt to shop in a store when there is a beautiful girl working the counter. I mean gorgeous. You probably wont even be able to remember why you came into the store in the first place,

Great customer service, make me feel like family. Only downfall is they can get some seasonal employees that have no idea what they are talking about. One time there was a switch sale that said 50% off all switch games. I asked if this was true for the select titles it was applying to. No start - end dates on sale tag. Employee said oh yeah didnt you hear this and this title are 50% off today! Rings it up and then tells me it isnt in effect yet and they put up the sign early. Wouldnt honor the sale when the sign was up with no dates and he told me it was on sale. I know he was a seasonal too because he was only there around the holidays. Had a similar experience with another seasonal too.

The store itself is nice and the workers there have always been nice and helpful, but do not call. This store is probably the worst store EVER when it comes to calling on the phone with questions. Every time I call, you are immediately on hold, and on hold for A LONG TIME. This last time I was on hold for 15 minutes before they finally hung up on me. So overall, as long as you are not calling them, its an ok experience, again, phone calls to this place is a disaster, I dont know if they just get more than they can handle or if they just dont like answering the phone.

They helped me find the game I wanted. I also bought a xbox there recently and it was in perfect condition. The manager was working and he was really kind. Gamestop was really clean.

Its a gamestop. They have friendly staff, but they usually send us to the natrona heights game stop because they never have the games we want. Not to mention we just got 2 controllers there, preowned. Didnt work, I hear that a lot about game stop. My husband went to see what they wanted us to do because our expensive rechargeable batteries are stuck in the one battery pack. We didnt want to break their battery pack before returning. Try not to ever buy anything refurbished or used here.

Took in my PS4. Adult owned and never beaten or moved around. Worked PERFECTLY FINE until I took it into this Gamestop to trade it towards a pro. When the guy plugged in the hdmi cable he let the back of the PS4 go and it slammed on the counter. Well.... when the dousch goes to put in the game it won’t take the game! Well... ok I didn’t start anything so when he brings out my pro he has to take the hdmi cord out because I didn’t bring one in because I didn’t have any cheap ones layin around. No big deal BUT ONCE AGAIN when he puts the white pro box back into the main PS4 box he DROPS IT AGAIN ON THE F***** counter. Way to go JOSH FROM GAMESTOP IN LOWER BURRELL PENNSYLVANIA!!!! Kinda needs to learn how to handle other people’s stuff with respect. But other than him there EVERY OTHER employee is great and helpful in all ways that I have dealt with since going here
