Sheetz is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat and get gas at the same time, they are my favorite place to stop after work.

Since when does a Business run out of money and short change its cutomers... mine was .95 cents... with ten people behind me and all evening to go, what happens to the money when their registers r over at the end of the night . Who keeps the money they shorted all those customers ....if this is how sheetz runs a Business,you wont b getting mine... a dollar is a dollar. Stealing is stealing

I was disappointed to see that they have done away with most of their cashiers. And... put in self serve counter.

I went to this location to get gas in my daughters Envoy and to get a bottle of MtDew. As she was pumping gas I went inside the store mask on. I chose my pop and walked up to the counter set the pop down. I then saw a lighter with a Siamese cat on it with blue eyes and thought my mom would like it for her candles as she adores Siamese cats. I then placed it on the counter and she asked me for my ID. Now you can be 18 and buy a lighter. Im 43 and dont look no where near 25 let alone 18. She then starts talking to me about so I remember yesterday when I was in the bathroom and she walked in on me? First of all I wasnt even in town yesterday. And I told her that and she proceeded to try and get me to remember something I had no idea what she was talking about. Im 43 not 93. Im pretty sure I can remember where I was 24 hours ago. And besides Im 59 reddish brown hair blue eyes and a mask covering the lower half of my face Im sure I look like 48% of the women in Pennsylvania. Its no secret what people do in the bathrooms at gas stations but I dont do anything in there but pee and wash my hands and take extra paper towels so as not to touxh the door or anything... Plus the little detail of me not being in town. Im upset because my whole family utilizes that Sheetz and even knowing their reputation for letting people overdose or whatever else in their bathroom we still use it. But not the bathroom! I think her tone was uncalled for and I dont like what she was assuming. Heres a hint GRACE know WHO you are looking at and be sure of WHAT you are seeing. Dont assume until your sure of what and who you saw. Im disappointed. And im not mad she wouldnt sell me the cute lighter for my mom because I didnt have ID because the law is the law but WOW Karen get your facts straight. I did advise the manager as well but didnt feel satisfied because she had a cocky attitude as well. You want to know my name now? Check the review. I wont go back to that store until i get an apology. I dont need a bad repore because someone needs glasses. I had to vent its my right.

Normally this Sheetz is pretty good and I don’t normally complain, however the last 4 times I’ve stopped in and ordered food even when not that busy it has taken a very long time for the order to be ready. Upwards of 20 minutes for pretty basic orders and often forget the sauces that are paid for which wouldn’t be that big of a deal if they didn’t charge for them

Employees had serious attitude issues. I mean, how dare I ask about my food 31 minutes after ordering. The employees were incredibly rude after I spent almost $42 in their store.

Everything I ever wanted in a Sheetz. A little hard to get in to with roads and stuff. But it was worth the trip!

I really do enjoy stopping at these gas stations, they are unique and a good deviation from the norm

Great food for the price

My husband and I were just at the sheetz in Lower Burrell PA and today it was great. Quick and the cashier a manager named Sandy was and always is when she is there cheerful and polite and just seems generally happy to be there and has never once been rude or sullen.. We love going to this particular sheetz because when she is there she not only remembers us but is a fast efficient worker with a wonderful disposition!

I ordered food from and it was absolutely awful, I got a steak sub and the backside was like dough. Fries were messed up as well as mozzarella sticks which everything is pre bagged so idk how these people mess that up. We pay for terrible service and even worse food. Do not recommend, Natrona Heights sheetz will take care of you these folks will not

I love their food. You can order food or purchase something already made. And their coffee is fantastic.

Nice selection, average price on gas, good food. A little pricey but worth it when in a hurry.

They constantly forget parts of my order or the sauces I pay for. They never answer their phone. Absolutely horrible

Neat, Clean and, ORGANIZED! This specific store is the most orderly Sheetz I have ever been in, even the Que line is organized so no one can cut! Great Job guys! you should be the mark!

Very slow service, food has really gone down hill since they opened. can never get a two liter of pop because for some reason no one likes to stock it in the cooler and the shelves it used to sit on are no longer there. There tobacco products are not as fresh as get go.

Horrible capachino very hot I burned my hand taking the cap off. The milk was so hot and filled to the rim. Terrible

I went to the store yesterday and I ordered chicken fingers with ranch I stood there for 20 minutes I was the only person there and they took forever just to make one order..

One of the better sheetz around. I wont use sheetz gas but their MTOs are good and Redbull is always on special.

Average sheetz, never ordered food from this location. Line is always long and a long wait as well.
