Order on line it is cheaper and better quality. Also dont have to be a contractor. They lost a customer. Not worth to visit..

Great service. The parts man I visited with was very knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly honest. I bought through them because we desperately need a boost in local economy. Great customer service trumps a phone screen any day. This company knows that and I would recommend them to anyone.

Bruce was able and willing to assist me in every way possible. I called to order multiple parts and before doing so Bruce asked me what the symptoms were and reccomended I start with minimal parts and go from there. I saved a lot of money from my initial order and successfully had my dryer working in no time thanks to Bruce!

Called for a part I needed for my dryer and had such great customer service right from the get go as to having a pick up # rdy to pick up my part & the help was super from beginning to end.

No longer open to the public. Want you to contact their national call center to have the part shipped to you. No thanks. All I needed was replacement fridge handles for a rental property. I can find the part I need online myself.

Great group of guys running this establishment. Always kind and polite and they truly take care of each customer in the order they get them wether by phone or in person.Ignore the review saying they are rude. Go meet these guys and you will quickly see thats not the case.Bruce and the gang are top notch! I dont get parts anywhere else.

Excellent service. Have an accident-proned Samsung dryer. Have been in this place several times for parts, and they always seem to have whats needed. Alternate parts come with lifetime warranty as well. Will continue to shop here for all of my appliance needs.

Ok my wife got a life time warranty yrs ago from this place and the owner or manager took it away and said we dont do these no more hes glad i am not the one that went in there because he assumed that the reason my part keeps breaking is because of the door issue no idiot because if it was i would be in there all the time and for cancelling my life time warranty for just assuming Ill take my business to another dealer

Kass,Im sorry you feel this way.These guys are very good and helpful,alot of people like the life time replacement and use it.You are not forced to get it and also they dont ask for your info unless you are using your creditcard to make sure the person is who they say they are.Hopefully you dont want someone else to use your creditcard.I heard while you were complaining about the charge for the lifetime replacement another lady stepped in and said that she liked that because no one else has that on there parts.You talked to Joe on the counter and he never has a bad attitude.I wish I delt with more people like Joe.Please step in again and talk to these guys,they will help you as much as they can.

Charged more than 10% of part price for a lifetime replacement certificate without asking or explaining - which is illegal and consumer fraud. Wanted personal info and a credit card when paying cash. Poor service, attitude and overpriced but they were open and had the part.
