Brought my vehicle to Collision Center of Lubbock for repair after the 2020 hail storm. Ive had nothing but issues with it ever since... They broke my rear top light when it was in their care, but thankfully replaced that. The paint job is chipping less than a year after getting my vehicle back. When they replaced the roof, the railing wasnt attached correctly, so I got water in my car and it stained the inside top of my roof interior. They ended up repairing that as well, but now the inside of my roof is permanently stained. When they removed the roof to replace, they put in the incorrect top console, tried to make me think I was wrong about it, but when I pressed on the issue, suddenly my top center console reappeared and was replaced immediately with the correct one. We also had considerable delays with this company - which happens - but seemed unreasonably so.Maybe my situation was a fluke because they have considerable amounts of positive reviews - which is why I chose them to do the work - but never, ever would I recommend you to take your vehicle here. They are kind, but I would certainly not say competent.

Overall happy with my experience. Worked with my insurance and got my car in really fast. They had the car finished within 3 days! With that being said i did find a few scratches that weren’t there before, but my cars pretty scratched up anyway so i didn’t mention it. Would definitely recommend if you need your car repaired fast.

Collision Center of Lubbock is the best! I had my front bumper on my brand new 2020 SS Camaro busted up from hitting an animal. Wasn’t sure who to take it too, because the paint color is a special type of green/yellow color. Did some research saw that these guys had really good reviews and the before and after pictures of the cars they worked on spoke for themselves. And I don’t regret my decision. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind people, took there time on my vehicle made sure everything was fixed and that the color of the new bumper matched the original color. I thank Daniel for helping me every step of the way, very kind and courteous.

Lowell and his crew do phenomenal auto body work! Had our 2019 Yukon XL rear ended in a parking lot and were devastated. Swung by Collision Center of Lubbock the next day and had a repair estimate within 30 minutes. Once the insurance dance was over, we scheduled our repairs, turned our vehicle over to Lowell and his technicians and they restored our beauty to her former glory. They had to replace the rear tail light and the entire bumper. Paint match was spot on! You’d never be able to tell that any collision damage had ever occurred. If you’re looking for a great body shop then this is your place! I recently bought a new vehicle that had a paint chip in one of the passenger doors. Collision Center of Lubbock repaired the chip and repainted the area. It’s blended perfectly and you can’t tell there was anything ever wrong with it. The cost was VERY reasonable and the repair was completed in just a few days. I then had them detail my vehicle in their new detail shop, and let me tell you it looks show room ready!! They even cleaned the engine compartment! It looked better than when the dealer detailed it after the purchase. After my brand new truck got completely roughed up by a hail storm, I managed to find this shop. They gave me a great quote and did an exceptional job making my truck look like a new truck should. Great shop with great people. I had my 1980 Honda CM400A fuel tank and side covers repainted here, and they did a wonderful job. Ive been told by several people that grew up with these bikes that it look like it just came out of the showroom floor.The job was priced well and done in good time, about a month. I was very happy with the customer service from both the front and back, and was kept updated throughout the process. As with any restoration project sometimes old parts break during disassembly, the lock for the fuel tank broke, and I didnt realize the new lock I got was not a complete fit. When I came to pick up the tank they had made a solution to make the new lock work and made it look professional, as if youd never known the new lock wasnt an exact fit. That was a nice touch and greatly appreciated.If you want a paint job done right for a good price I highly recommend this shop.

Someone tried to break into my car and broke my driver side door handle. I panicked a little not knowing what to do but I called Collision Center and even though they were busy they had my door fixed in just a few hours! I highly recommend them! Dropped my car off less than a week ago to get fixed for a minor dent in the door. They were very professional and polite and had a very good price (even though it was covered by insurance). They were so kind as to even fix the gouges I had in the side skirt for free! They were there when I got the car and had always bothered me. I needed a dent removed from the hood of my sons avalanche, note the hood has a vinyl wrap. Not only could they do the removal, but were able to do it the same day! I want to give a shot out to Collision Center of Lubbock.My truck was wrecked. So I took it to a few places for an estimate. And they had a reasonable estimate. So I took my truck in on a Monday. I told them my concerns. And they gave me an estimated time frame of 2 weeks. And they got it done in a week I was pleased with there work. If I need work done in the future I will go to them .

I cant speaking highly enough of the staff at the collision center of Lubbock. They are honest, understanding, and do amazing work. This is the second time Ive taken my car there and I wouldnt take it anywhere else. I have some very strong feelings about my car to the point I dont allow anyone to drive it, it has a custom paint color and vinyl stripes. The first time they replaced and repainted the passenger side of my car after someone backed into me. The paint and vinyl matched perfectly and there was no telling any damage had been done. This second time there was damage to my front bumper from someone slamming their door across my car. I explained my situation to them that I wouldnt have access to another car while they had mine and they were very mindful of the time frame I had since I would have to request days off of work while it was being repaired. They were able to complete the repair within a day and a half and it looks absolutely fantastic. These are the only people I would trust with my car, they have never let me or my car down and finding people who stand so completely by their work is a blessing.

Came here with a nasty scratch on my nee car from brushing against a curb. After a few days, the car was fixed. I couldnt even tell where this scratch was. I have a 2015 Red Pearl Mustang GT that was hit in the driver side rear corner the damage was over $10,000. They told me that the car would look brand new and went I pick up the mustang it looks like it had never been wreck it the best job I have ever had from any body shop in town the color match was awesome.I took the car home and could fine any paint lines in the door jam or in the trunk area.The guys did an awesome job from the front office to the guys in the back. It has been a couple of months, and I have been meaning to write a review about my experience with this auto body shop. I know that with this past years bad hail damage in the surrounding areas all body shops were busy. Im the type of person that reviews all shops before making a decision on having my cars repaired. I happen to come upon Collision Center of Lubbock which seemed to have high ratings. I provided this auto body shop with my 2012 Acura TL which was in great clean condition when I dropped it off. I did allow the shop plenty of time to work on my car which was about 1 month. I did not complain or bother the shop since I knew that it would take some time to fix all the dents of the hail damage to my car. My first complaint is that I had to call for updates on my car. Which i kept getting a different opinion as to when it was going to be ready. The second was that I never got an exact estimate of what it actually cost from the body shop to fix my car...they ran off of what my car insurance provided. (Which the shop still asked for the $500 deductible) this was a $10,500 dollar job. My third complaint was that the person or persons that were painting the car and welding parts to the car were not careful with the interior of the car. When i picked up the vehicle the inside was all dirty with dust, and fingerprints on the upholstery especially the roof part (fingerprints etc..) The shop had to replace the rear head rest of my car since there was a hole that was made when parts were being welded onto the car. Basically my main concern was that the paint and also the carelessness of how clean to keep the vehicle was not taken into consideration. I now am presenting some knocking noise coming from the rear truck which my husband has found out to be a piece that was not welded on correctly. Again I know is sounds that I am being very particular, but I do expect a very good job for the money spent to fix a very good clean car. In case I need to have paint and body work done on my cars again I will be looking elsewhere, but if anyone is needing paint less auto body work I truly recommend A& S Auto body I have been going to them for the last couple of years. I would have gone to them again but the car that I mentioned was needing to be repainted, and replaced parts cause of how bad the hail damage was.

Alrighty folks, I was New too taking my vehicle to a shop because simple had never had any incident with any type of damage but that ended about a munmo ago when I hit a deer and had damage to my truck, So started searching, I live in a small town town No shops so started searching the lubbock area an (hour and a half away), I go through Google, type in shops and Read reviews, come across Lubbock collision center, and think Great Google reviews are good, Well that also came to an End for me when I decided to take my truck to them, Joe the manager talked so good about doing the job right and they would take care of it, .two weeks go by and my Rental is due to take back I call them and see if hes done with it, and he says yeah come by and pick up the the truck, I show up to get the truck, my bumper is Not even put up correctly they missed a bracket and tried to glue it back together and the passenger side had scratches along the side, My cluster piece was also not replaced and the bumper had scratches, I take the truck and then few days later take the truck back during the time I had my truck washed and my paint started to peeL off, They did no prep work whats so ever on it ! I take my truck back and get the rental back and just for 3days the third day, Joe says come pick up the truck, I get into Lubbock he calls, hey you in town already I say yes, Joe the truck will not be ready until tomorrow, so I pay another day for the rental and go back the next day, to get my truck back scratches still there and the bumper still the same, and payed double for what they told me the piece I was going to cost ! Living an hour and a half away and getting this type of service was extremely terrible!!! I will never do business with tjet again. .........Wow haha, So I had changed plans after lol, When I first showed up I told Joe I wanted everything back to stock with a few different things, ( color matched bumpers and side skirts removed, there was a scratch on passenger side, But when youre guys removed side skirts they added a few more !! My bumper had spots not painted when I picked up the truck the first time (I showed Joe, when my cluster was still not installed, that was supposed to be a 15-3o min fix) and my bumper was not correct so had to get a rental for 3days total, I picked up a Monday after 5 and returned Wednesday after 5, 3 days total I got the email ! With the 25$ charge, got your rental and thats when my cluster and bumper was replaced I so Did not wait there! I had my truck washed a few days later, and the young man comes to me and says your bumper paint is peeling right off with No pressure, alrighty seeing straight black behind the paint, its a Given nothing was preped correctly, I did not change plans after getting a quote it was done said from the Get Go, ...Joe went outside and just took everything by ear, No pen or paper, And Im sure theres proof of that you got a million cameras there!! You guys did what you did it and its over with, Im just trying to let others be aware, Dont go making me look like I changed things up because I did not anybody else would have given you hell and I didnt, its Over with and i will just take my vehicle to a shop that will do the Work Right!,
