Misty and Balloons by the Bunch did a fantastic job for our friend’s baby shower! She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our mama’s day special! We did a 15ft garland for baby girl in pinks, rose gold, and grays, were amazed how big it was! We used a tailgating tent and 15ft. created the perfect L shape! Her beautiful garland MADE the drive by shower POP and we highly recommend Balloons by the Bunch!

Excellent experience! We ordered a balloon bunch for our daughters 50th birthday. Misty was so helpful and a delight to talk with. She asked a lot of questions and assured us that the bunch would be delivered when we requested so that our daughter was likely to be home from work. That was important to us because we live several hours away and couldnt be there in person. Our daughter was delighted and once she sent us the photos, we were so pleased. We will surely order again. Paid almost 90 buck for ballons for grandbaby party which was on sunday so i had to pick them up saturday whe. We picked up ballon my husbandtold the lady the ballon didnt have enough air and she said it will get full again after it warms up, even paid to have them treated and the next day the ballons had delfated so we had no ballons for the party

Very disappointed today! I have been a long time customer of BBTB, as I always sent bouquets to my 4 daughters to school on their birthdays for over 15 years.I called today & he asked if he could call me right back, I waited an hour, with no return call. I called again, with no answer. I made my own bouquet & delivered myself. My tradition must continue regardless!

They did a FANTASTIC job on a balloon bouquet for my boss who is in Lubbock. They sent pictures and got every detail right.

Unprofessional and does NOT actually deliver to hospital rooms.We ordered a large mylar balloon bouquet for my uncle the day he was released from ICU, to be delivered to his room that day. A week later I recieved a thank you picture for the balloons, they were week old balloons, but had just been delivered. They looked pitiful. It was very embarrassing.I immediately called Balloons By the Bunch and asked for my order to be looked up. The Manager who refused to give me her name, said they dont keep records and she had no idea about my order. She also told me I had the wrong place. I explained the situation and she then remebered making the bouquet and said very rudely they had gone out last week.Confused, I called my family to confirm they had just recieved the balloons. They said yes, they just arrived.I immediately called back. The manager amswered and said she just talked to the owner and what happened was where he usually parks near the hospital front door to deliver was blocked, so he just gave them to a volunteer who said they would take them. I told her that was not acceptable as something like what just happened could occur. She got very defensive instead of APOLOGIZING to a PAYING customer for the issue. She asked me why I didnt call until then. I told her I wanted to speak with the owner, by this point I was not happy. She finally said she would have him call me, but not before being a complete jerk.I waited 20 minutes, and called back. I told her I wanted a NEW bouquet delivered before they closed and I was not paying for it. I again asked for the owner. He didnt call. This was now 10 minutes before they close for the day.I called a FOURTH time, she was RUDE AGAIN, and said he just got in from a delivery and he FINALLY got on the phone. He could have called from his cell ALOT sooner, but at least I had him on the phone.I expected an apology, but instead got a lame story about how its not their responsibility to deliver to the rooms, it was the hospitals. He didnt mention the incident of dropping them off outside bc he wouldnt take the time to PARK and go inside. He said he would send another one AFTER he finished a decorating job, and agreed to refund me after I asked him to. He never said he was sorry, or he would call and find out WHY this happened ao ut doesnt happen again. He instead said he was taking the old bouquet back when delivering the new one bc he could REUSE the balloons. Seriously? Cheap and gross.I told him how rude his employee was and he said he didnt blame her since she was getting yelled at. I told him I didnt yell, and I have it all recorded if he would like to hear it.I will NEVER use them again and if you want to MAKE SURE your loved one gets their balloons at the hospital, you will want to call another company. One that actually does what they say, accepts responsibility instead lf blameshifting to their customers, and doesnt cover for less than par management.The refund and 2nd bouquet was the least they could do, and evidently that is what they do best, the least work. Poor plan of action and even poorer customer service. Save your money, their overpriced balloons and delivery service are NOT WORTH $50+.

The balloon and stuffed animal I ordered was in my nieces hospital room within 30 minutes on a Saturday! Bravo. It made a very sick little girl happy.
