Employees are not very welcoming. This is second time here and felt the same both times. BUT there is a variety of eyelashes to choose from. Store is clean and stocked.

They need to get a better selection of human unweft for braiding hair and human crochet hair. They also need to hire more people with knowledge of hair and hair products. Otherwise its a good store.

They sell black hair products and follow black people around, dont even offer assistance to at least cover up they are following you, and you cant even get assistance when you actually need help. I try not to even bring purses into businesses because I hate being followed due to my skin color when I spend my hard owned money to keep your store in business. I will not buy from this location and I advise other black people to save your money and go elsewhere, we can make a difference with our dollars. Surely there are other alternatives than supporting businesses that treat you like criminals the moment you walk in the door.

I had a really awful experience at this store. I came in to purchase extensions, and before I bought them I specifically asked what the return policy was. The employee told me in order to return the extensions “they must be in good condition” in order to get store credit/exchange. They were way too thin for my hair so I came right back to the store an hour later and they told me I couldn’t return them because I opened the package.... then they proceeded to tell me the return policy is that the package must be unopened. “Unopened” and in “good condition” are TWO ENTIRELY different things. I have never purchased extensions before, I specifically voiced my concerns that they might be too thin and wanted to know what the return policy was. I would not have even purchased them if I knew I couldn’t open the package. The manager only offered to give me a discount if I bought more extensions and refused to give me store credit. This is really unfair and borderline deceptive trade practices. I would be very cautious about what you buy and be very clear about what the return/exchange policy is before you spend any money here!!!!!!!!!

Large, spacious store. Well kept and clean. Large selection of styles for dark colored hair (black, brown). Limited selection of light hair. They do have synthetic, mixed, and all human hair. Prices I think are very hair. The only concern is that the staff are not well educated on the hair. Its just yoind students working, they cant really answer too many questions. The store also DOES NOT ALLOW you to TRY THE HAIR ON. So you really have to know your shade and style. Will be difficult for a first- time wig or extension buyer. They also sell hair and nail care supplies.

Great variety of hair products. They provide hand sanitizer at the door along with cheap face masks if you forget yours so you are not turned away. My favorite hair supply store.

The people who run this shop are the sweetest. They’re always willing to help me when I have questions. They know their stuff! After moving here for college I was desperately looking for a beauty supply other than Sally’s and that’s when I discovered them. I value this place. They make living here a little better. This is the only beauty supply I go to in Lubbock. 5/5 stars!

I found exactly what I was looking for.

Love this place! They ordered visor caps for me! Ive worn these caps while riding motorcycles for over 10 years. Now they are very hard to find. The manager promptly ordered them and didnt try to price gouge me! I will be a repeat customer myself and I will recommend them to friends and family alike!

Decided to try out this store because T Mart was closed. WORST DECISION EVER!! You have a store catered to women of color yet follow every black person around like we are stealing!! All of these employees are rude and snobby. They stand around and talk amongst each other’s. Oh and the pests! There were roaches everywhere on the shelves some dead most living...gross. Not to mention there was a dead rat in one of the isles. Rat traps everywhere...Rat droppings everywhere. The owner looks and acts like a 14 year old boy, doesn’t take responsibility and doesn’t address problems nor tries to fix them. I will not be returning.

By far the best place to buy your hair here in Lubbock. If youre not into shopping online for hair, Beauty Extensions is the best brick and mortar to get quality hair. They do sell other beauty stores such as hair dye, make up, and accessories.

Ok selection, dont go here for high quality extensions. Or any other place in Lubbock but they have some a pretty good makeup selection in here with good quality stuff. Staff is nice and very helpful.

Bought some remy extensions. Not my favorite n they do feel cheap because they get tangled easily. But on the other hand one of the only places to get what i needed quick so 🤷‍♀️. Also its a lil uncomfortable walking in with 5 girls starting at you and not asking if you need any help!

I got the Remy microead extensions. I dont know the manufacturer and I dont know if this store does but I am very unhappy with them. They are not all real hair, they are fake and real hair mixed even though the package said 100% virgin human hair .it tangles easily it feels like plastic and it falls out a lot. For $100 I expected better.

Lots of wigs, hair extensions and falls. Most all of them are inexpensive and they also have high end (expensive, real hair).

Staff doesn’t know much about products. Bought eyeliner & weave glue and they were dried out when opened. They over price everything and always think someone is stealing.

The best lubbock has to offer. I wish someone else would open a beuty supply that offers urban products. Hair quality is minimal even the more expensive hair is subpar. And overpriced OMG. But its what we got. I order online at kendras boutique. But if you dont mind rats nest plastic extentions here you go. Although they do offer good wide selection of hair care products
