No overnight parking, check in 30 mins before appointment, out in 30 mins.The load was floor loaded and they took out all the cardboards out of the trailer. That’s some good work that needs appreciation.

Pretty fast at unloading at the appointment time. Company break time is at 10am local. No over night parking but Loves truck stop less than 2 miles away

Truckers NO overnight parking, Appointments only and really strict on time, Allows 15 minutes before appointment, no truck parking for waiting.if you’re early they will tell you to turn around and come back but if you have to turn around then you need to back up in to street. Love Truck Stop is only a mile. No intercom. Park the truck by gate and walk to Shipping Receiving left side of your driver window uphill in the building, ring the bell and wait . Remember we’re truck drivers means anybody can treat us as trash. Please don’t expect much or change your profession. Have a happy delivery!!

They will take only by appointment, open 8am to 4:30pm monday to Friday, no overnight park, no restroom for drivers, unloaded in 30 minutes, looks like not really busy, no point to go early for delivery, Desi jatt review based on experience of delivery on 7/13/20

Arrived Saturday not realizing it was closed on weekends. Had to wait until Monday morning, the shipping opens at 7:00am. The guys are super nice except for the guy in charge!. Just smile and do your job! When you pull up to gate get out and walk to side of building using the walk way, go to shipping and receiving door! By the gate above. And they will tell you what to do.

Very bad receiver, do not go early for delivery then they wont you take you unless you have an appointment. I had an appointment at 1:30pm and check in at 1:00Pm and told me to come back because they dont have space. They make drivers wait there long time even with appointments

Was early for my del. appointment. Sitting at the entry gate with no way to open it, no intercom no pressure plate...nothing but a sign saying dont block drive Well, being my first time delivering to this place I had no idea what the procedure was to get the gate open. While all this is happening a driver pulled behind me waiting, after about ten minutes or so I saw the driver walk into the shipping& receiving door. Ah Ha! Thats how Ill get the gate open. About half way to the door someone whom I assume was the dept. manager came storming out of the building...driver in tow saying Did you not see the sign !?!?The one that says dont block the drive. Well, Had be some kind of instruction about the gate procedure I would not have been blocking their drive..Long story short, drivers know what you need to do before arriving here. Theres folks are real DICKS.

This company isnt worth working for in Lubbock Texas. The driver supervisor and manager dont know how to take care of their employees the pay is horrible, also your check will always be short and they will take a month to reimburse your money that you worked hard for.
