It was an amazing experience. Our family went into the store looking for some new supportive shoes for my mother. The owner is the one that helped us out and he was excellent in answering all of our questions and has the best knowledge of shoes of any person I have met. This is a solid place to go if you want to find the best shoe/sole combination for your needs.

Nice store, young lady helping me was very knowledgeable and insightful. I was looking at a pair of ON shoes and someone whispered in my ear asking me to step back making me very uncomfortable. That someone turned out to be the store manager. After that I was very turned off and felt creeped out with him in the store and opted to leave after finding a pair of socks. Would love to have purchased and got a better look at the shoes but was uncomfortable after the encounter with the manager.

The best service in the mall. My wife needed shoes for us to get back into shape.. went in not knowing what tradehome shoes was and now I believe we have found our shoe home. If it was not for a random false fire alarm it would have been a smooth time. Daniel and tori, while the store was busy made sure to do there best and give us the best service we have seen in a long time. Will be shopping there again

We had the most amazing customer service when we went to Tradehome. I did not plan to buy shoes here initially, but walking by the store we decided to go in, just to check it out. We were amazed by the customer service we received, honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. We ended up buying two pairs of shoes and left with a smile on our face! I highly recommend them for buying all your feet needs!

Terrible customer service and selections. Because they didn’t have the size and style we wanted, they wouldn’t allow us to try on a different style and color because we were “wasting their time” and would probably buy it online anyways. Very unprofessional and with that type of attitude will destroy their brick and mortar store..

Really impressed with the level of customer service in this store. Prices were a bit high but well worth it for the quality of service. Both gentlemen working Sunday were awesome and super friendly. I don’t like the whole full service shoe help but he stayed close and answered all of my questions as well as good conversation that didn’t make me feel awkward.
