I have been trying to get in touch with a customer service associate for 2 days now and no one ever answers the phone. This is my 5th time on hold for over 45 minutes. The company I work for is a commercial client and I need to speak to someone about our water delivery.
Love the reliability, and dependability of delivery in a very dry area!
Ive been on hold for over 1 hour, only to be told that they didnt have the credentials to close my account, so they transferred me to somebody else only to be put on hold.
So two guys come to my location one more than the other. I inventory everything for the owners of my location. One man is black and very hyper and talkative. The other one is a short chunky guy. Every time the older black Gentlemen comes. The owners of the company noticed that inventory was off. They thought it was me. But we started to do great detail on everything. I don’t know if he is stealing or what. But we noticed we will have extra jugs put on our bill, and cases of water. Also other items that we’ve never received. And we are paying for two extra water containers we have never had. We just cancelled our service with you guys. It’s sad that we have to deal with this. Check your things you have a thief working for you. It’s one of those two guys. But it seems to happen when this older black male comes. I think his name is jo, John, or Jason. I really wish I could remember.we are in plains if that helps. I guess this is the only way we can actually get ahold of guys. Calling customer service takes forever, and they don’t do anything.
Had Sierra Springs for about 5 years now. I never had any issues with the delivery, which was always on time. The delivery drivers are very nice and professional and even when I would forget to put an empty bottle out (despite the fact Sierra Springs leaving an automated reminder the day before on my voice mail), they still drop off a new bottle. The few times I contacted customer service, the experience had always been pleasant. Thank you Sierra Springs and your excellent employees!
My experience with Sierra Springs has been great. Been using them for water delivery & cooler rental for almost a year. Customer service has been helpful, bill is easy to read, and the driver always comes on the correct day. When I forget to set out empty bottles, he has left me a full one anyway. I recommend Sierra Springs.
I wish I had seen these reviews before our company signed on for their service or lack there of it. The deliver guy last week didnt appreciate waiting for us to let him in and then proceeded to have a temper tantrum. He loaded up all the water and equipment and left. He said we were too much of a hassle to deal with. We called and emailed the local office with no response. So I called the company customer service line and told them what happened. They promised to look into it and set us up for a delivery of water and equipment for tomorrow. I thought it was going to be taken care of. Nope! The delivery driver called and refuses to provide services for us! He told us to use another company. Fine but if he thinks he is going to keep the rest of a very large account then he is sorely mistaken. I hope their corporate office knows how much business they are about to lose.
I give them NEGATIVE Stars! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! You cant ever contact the branch that is in town. You speak with people in Florida and they relay the message to the branch. I ordered the bottom loading cooler and when they came to deliver they did not have a bottom loader. Apparently they are on back order but that was never communicated prior to them just setting up a different one hoping you wouldnt notice. After 2 months they still have no idea when they will have more bottom loaders even though you can still go online and order one! Ive been charged each month for a bottom loader when I have one that is supposed to be cheaper. Also the hot water on it has not worked at all! And Ive been charged for the 5 gallon water bottle even when I havent received one since I pushed delivery to the next month. NOW I had an appointment for them to pick up the cooler since I cancelled service and they didnt show up and adjusted the delivery date for another week WITHOUT communicating ANYTHING to me. So Disorganized with no Communication!!
Unless its to post positive about a positive experience I hardly ever post a review. But I have to admit, the service and consistency that does not exist with the local arm of Sierra is nothing short of frustrating. Water deliveries were never consistent, calling customer service rang someone in a completely different state with very little guarantee youd hear from someone locally within the same week, and then if there were ever any problems with billing (we switched our Bank account, affecting our automatic drafts), your water deliveries would stop completely with no notification that there were any issues with your account.Id love to give them another shot but I think the thing that prevents me more than anything is lack of local representation/customer service.
The service is definitely lacking. I am out of water my account is double billed and customer service tells me its a process. We have been dealing with issues almost right away. My first machine was leaky. Next step..... best buy a machine and HAPPILY fill the bottles myself. Amazon sells plugs. 36 min on phone Im so done dealing with this process.Update: 2 weeks later. Second verse same as the first. This time delivery didnt bother showing. This is insane
Ive been a customer for less than 2 months and I spend all my time calling trying to correct their deliveries.... when you call, you call someone in FLORIDA. They relay the messages here and obviously no one here cares !!! Nothing has been corrected any time I have called. This is suppose to be a convenience and its honestly a joke and a pain in your $@^ Someone needs to run this business like a business !! I will be canceling !!! Save yourself the trouble and dont go thru the misery !!!
Just dont. A stick in the eye would be a more satisfying experience than having anything to do with this company. I have been trying to cancel my service for a month. Received another delivery of water today, and the leaking cooler I set on my porch to be picked up (something you wold do when you cancel this type of service) is still their.

Dont waste your time with them. Every month Im having to call them. They dont deliver when they are supposed to. I finally get them to bring water and then they dont come again for the next scheduled delivery. Every time you call you are on hold FOREVER. Who has time for this!? The whole point of water delivery service is convenience. They arent making things more convenient. Im having to go get my own water regularly anyway. Im currently on hold to CANCEL my service!
We stuck with this company for a long time, despite having on-time deliveries an extreme rarity. Now weve been waiting for over a month for them to pick up the equipment after cancelling. Its interesting when the single thing a company or product is based on is the one thing they cant deliver.
CAUTION!!! 💩💩💩ALERT!!! Their rating is significantly less than a 1, but no lesser option was available. Bottom line: this company is HORRIBLE!!! They are unresponsive to phone calls and voice messages. So you call the 800 numbers and after explaining the problem they put you on hold while they try to contact local office/ managers. However, they themselves are unable to reach the locals. So they say a message has been sent, but once again dont hold your breath because you will not be called back. Also the 800s will tell you the next available is....and you are scheduled for delivery, or pick up of equipment after I finally terminated them. Then they do not show up. So you call back and the same 🐂💩 starts all over again. After making numerous and I mean numerous calls over the past month and a half, I told the 800s that the equipment will be picked up by tomorrow or it will be thrown in the dumpster.
There should be a zero star rating.. This company is a joke. Our water was rarely ever delivered on schedule. We moved and cancelled service and no one ever bothered to come get the water cooler like they said they would. It sat out of sight/mind in my garage until they sent my account to collections for not turning in the water cooler. Customer service advised me to take it to the local office. No one is ever there and the door is always locked. Call the local number and it says to either call the 800 customer service number or 0 to speak with someone there. No surprise it always says no one is available locally to take the call. Customer service has assured me that a route manager is supposed to be calling/texting me to pick up this hunk of plastic so they can remove the charges off of my credit. A week later and no contact from anyone. I wish I wouldve read the reviews on here before the guy at Costco talked me into their so called service...

Congratulations on the horrible reviews guys. You earned all of them. Rescheduled us a total of 5 times and never delivered water in the end anyway. Oh, and we were brand new customers. Lubbock s laziest : working here. Stay away. Stay far, far away.

I have tried to cancel services since January and our equipment has yet to be picked up and we are still being charged. 10/10 recommend you stay very far away from these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called to get service and the delivery guy never came. When I called to see what the deal was. The delivery Driver states that he called while en route to my house. I never got a phone call. I argued with the representative on the phone and finally gave up. Useless service and they don’t give a damn about new customers. So I went with aqua one.

Would give them negative stars if I could.This is the worst bottle service I have ever dealt with. My business got turned into collections becuase they had the WRONG email and number for my company. We were getting billed and had no idea. A collection agency called us and thats how we found out. We paid the amount owed but we still had 40 plus bottles and a cooler worth of credit the company refused to pick up. After several attempts to reach out to managment they never got back to me. I loaded everything up myself and took it to my local branch. I recieved an email in person from the route manager of my credit with was over twice the amount I was turn into collections for. Two months have gone by the original collections and still have not gotten my credit back. All this due to them having a wrong email from the previous business. This company is a joke and will not take responsibility for their mistakes.
This has been a nightmare from day one! You cannot get water delivered! Water dispensers do not work correctly! Lubbock is the worst of all of the companies! I am on my 3rd dispenser this year! Two ruint my floor from leaking water. The one now will not dispense hot water! No delivery in 4 weeks. Out of water.this company does not deserve even one star. You are crazy to buy water from them! I am through with them! I have been with them over 4 years! It has always been problems with service!
As a former employee dont waste your time. Lack of training and structure in the work place i know and love serving customers but the people who run this place dont care about the customers or employees just reflect on that before buying service.routes arent fixed due to management choosing to abandon a route and throw it on the rookie in the workplace so he could take off early for the day. Choose a dif service preferably one that cares at least.
*** once again its been two months since our last delivery and thats because they are supposed to deliver every two weeks 10/12/16***Weve been using Sierra Spring for years now but we have never used much water and always had an extra 4 or 5 jugs laying around. We have never paid attention to how often they came because we were never hurting for water. However, for the first time we did run low on water and after calling three times, I was assured they would arrive by 5pm; they did not show up.After reading all the reviews on here I am not surprised.
The absolute WORST customer service I have ever received. Do NOT sign up for their services or rent their equipment. They will not deliver water and when you cancel services (after not having delivered your water for 3 straight months) and ask them to pick up their equipment they will STILL charge you. You can call them multiple times and they will lie to you each time saying someone will be there that week and they NEVER show up. Do yourselves a solid and get services else where.
Horrible. Sketchy delivery schedule!! I havent gotten water in months and yet I still get billed for it. Now they sent my account to collections because I refuse to pay for services I didnt receive. And, I scheduled a pick up for the equipment for 12/22/2016. They never came so now thats in collections as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR WATER!!!

I have wasted at least 4 hours of my life due to your lack of professionalism and record keeping. WARNING to anyone signing up with their water services.
Unfortunately, this is not a good option for bottled water service. We just recently signed up and they put us on a schedule for 9am every other Tuesday. However, instead they show up before 7am (if they come) and just leave new bottles. They never ring a doorbell or attempt to make contact and just charge you for new bottles every time without trying to pick up your empty bottles or even bother to ask if you want more water. My husband called because we currently have extra bottles and they never have time to pick them up and its been almost 2 weeks waiting. I absolutely HATE to leave negative reviews but I would highly suggest going with a different option in Lubbock.
This is one of the worst service companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Missed deliveries, route drivers that are constantly changing, drivers leaving more or less water than you request. inconsistent delivery times, and customer service that is tone deaf to customer needs. Promises given by the CSRs are constantly broken. The route manager is not able to be reached by anything but email from a CSR. They had promised us they would pick up the machine and bottles on one day and never came. After we posted a yelp review detailing the issues, they come and get the equipment the next day. This company needs to learn to be proactive and take care of their customer base who pays their salaries. I dont expect this company to survive long if this is the type of service they offer.
1 star is not low enough. They miss deliveries, and have no guarantees of trying to fix the problem. The phone services are just as bad- they schedule deliveries... and they still dont show up. Cancelling after only a few months. 50% of my deliveries have been no shows.

As a business owner I would never recommend this water company to no body they charged me for 2 months of water after they picked up there water machine charged for water we never received and sent us t ok collections for something we never received just bad business from the start only had them a couple months driver would not stop by and replace jugs with ones with water so we had them pick it up and they still charged us highly do not recommend them
This company has the worst service of any company I have ever worked with. The oeople in Lubbock that work for Sierra springs will not return a phone call. Or resolve a problem. Do not waste you your time with this company.
They stopped delivering after a while for no reason. Called and they kept saying it will show up next week and still no water. Horrible customer service!!
This the worst bottled water service I have ever used. Not only did I frequently not receive regular deliveries, but very often I had to call the service manager to get water once I ran out. I was billed for water I never got and when I called the customer service line to cancel service, I was told that I was a valued Costco customer and I would need to hold for the special Costco representative. I was then placed on hold for over 15 minutes. When I redialed, I found out that the customer service line had been closed over 8 minutes prior. Dont waste your time and money on this service. It is inconvenient and inconsistent.

Working with this company is the single worst business relationship I have ever had. We cancelled our services 7 months ago due to poor customer service, and we are STILL battling the nightmare of their poor customer service. Save yourself the grief of dealing with this company.
I would rate lower than one star if I could. I have been trying since June of 2017 to get my cooler and bottles picked up. They were suppose to pick up again on the 13th of October, rescheduled to the 16th, then 17th of October. Still not picked up. This service is too expensive and they only deliver 8 am to 5 pm. Most of us work at this time.
I ordered through Costco on July 28. I scheduled for my first delivery & setup on Aug 4. I received a delivery confirmation email and an activate your account email from Sierra Springs on July 30. The confirmation email noted that someone would call me 24 hours prior to delivery (so sometime on Aug 3) to confirm delivery and set a specific delivery time. No one called. And in all honesty I forgot about it. So, on Saturday, Aug 5, I called the 800 number listed in my confirmation email. At 930am their systems were down; they asked me to call back in a few hours. At 3pm their systems were still down; they asked me to call back later. At 6pm, same story. On Tuesday Aug 8, I called again. The rep was apologetic and said she would send a notification to the lubbock branch manager requesting that he call me asap. No call. Its Monday Aug 14-10 days after my originally scheduled delivery service date- and I still do not have any water, nor have I heard from anyone either. I called this morning at 1045am. Unbeknownst to me, my first delivery was rescheduled today, according to the rep I was speaking with at the time. I asked that the sale rep (the delivery driver) call me to let me know their ETA for today. I also asked the rep to notify the branch manager as well, requesting that he call me also. I knew the fault did not lie with the young lady I was currently talking to; so I wanted to take it up with the local branch manager. Its 5:37pm same day; Ive not received a call from either the delivery driver or the branch manager. I called the 800# again and spoke to another DS Services rep. She read me the notes from my call this morning and the first rep did not put my request for the driver or the branch manager to call me today. So, the rep I spoke to just now sent the lubbock branch manager an email asking them to call me as soon as possible. I certainly dont expect a call back tonight, and given the time, I doubt its fruitful to go to their location on Ave U; so I will go tomorrow morning and hopefully get things straightened out. Ive been polite with everyone Ive spoken to thus far; Ive been courteous and kept my patience as well. But come tomorrow morning, this local branch manager will have a lot of questions to answer and will likely not appreciate my tone of my voice that will come with it. This would be an entirely different situation if Lubbock water was drinkable; but its not. The quality, capacity, and type of sediments and unfiltered mineral deposits in the local city water are, by no means, of quality for anyone to drink, and certainly not someone who already has hypercalcification of the skeletal structure. I tried to be economical; Ive tried several under the sink filtration systems; Ive tried to be kind; but this is just causing an unnecessary problem. Id rather just get a refund and be done with it than continue to try to get service.
I cannot accurately express the poor the level of customer service and thievery I have endured from this company - they bring you water whenever they want, unless you want them to rob you DONT do auto-pay because they have ridiculous billing cycles (every 20 days or some nonsense)...and forget calling unless you have three hours to hold no matter if its morning, noon, or night.Im so glad I finally held for literally two hours in order to cancel my account after 3-4 years of awful service because Im busy and never could get through to cancel service and both reps thanked me for being a customer...thats the last thing Nikki said: thank you for being a customer of DS Services! Is that sarcasm?! I was very tactful because its not their fault personally, but i dont think any if the Reps Ive spoken to heard a word i said or registered that i dont want to be a customer anymore because the service is so terrible - dont thank me for being a customer when im telling you i dont want to be anymore! I truly believe they make you hold, hoping you will give up.We will see if they actually show up on 10/2/17 as agreed to pick up the bottles and equipment...I have the BBBs number programmed in my phone just for DS Services, if not.Seriously considering filing a complaint anyway - theyve brought me all this extra water in off-cycle days but they arent going to credit my account for any of it?! This company was terrible. Not only did the never deliver water they stole money from us. They refused to pick up their equipment and continued to charge us. They are rude and unhelpful on the phone. I think this is a scam not a water company.
1 star is a joke for this company!! If I only would have read the reviews beforehand I could have saved us SO much hassle. Do not deliver on scheduled days so when they finally do show up they leave extra bottles and dont pick up empty ones. Several leaky bottles which damaged floors. Called to complain and they wouldnt give me a local number but sent them a message to contact me. Im sure you will be surprised to learn I never got a call! Took 20 minutes to cancel over the phone and today when they were supposed to pick up they came by the house about 7:45 AM parked and the guy never got out off his truck, to get dispenser or bottles that were sitting on porch....???? What!!?

Where are all those negative reviews coming from?I am a fairly new customer,and so far,I have not encountered any problems with deliveries.They only came a day early one time,other than that,deliveries are on schedule.Should that change,of course,I would not stay with them,but so far,so good.Thank you Sierra water deliveries!
