If I could give negative stars I would. I have a long story but I’ll make short. I ordered my wedding dress as well as my bridesmaids dresses from Bliss. She pushed for us all to pay cash so we did. When we ordered she gave us an arrival date of two months before the wedding. My wedding dress never arrived I had to buy another dress days before my wedding. My bridesmaids dresses came in three days before the wedding some had to pay extra for quick alterations and others didn’t even have time to get their dresses completed. When I went to get my money back (it wasn’t easy) she wrote me a check. After arguing that I paid cash and wanted cash back she refused saying she didn’t keep that amount of cash. Well of course my thoughts came true and the check bounced. They are pushy and don’t care what you want in a dress they will try to convince you to buy what they want you to buy. I am leaving this review because I wouldn’t want another bride to go through the stress of dealing with these people like I did when it should be a happy time.

Kristi took such good care of my sister. Her dress is beautiful. Breaks my heart she will not ever get the chance to wear it and walk down the isle.

I do no recommend going here. I called and made an appointment a month ago and when I arrived today was told there was no appointment scheduled. After being informed that I would still be seen, I was rushed into one dress after another without consideration of the style of dress I requested. The lady was rude and unprofessional. The selection of dresses was also very minimal.

Stole money from me. Let me put the gown on layaway with a small amount down and then they cancelled my layaway and kept everything. Must be nice. There is no excuse for taking money so blatantly. How could her employees have been blind to her actions? Hmm.

Stole money from my sister and never delivered gown!!! Cant believe your still trying to sell wedding gowns SHAME ON YOU KRISTI COOK!!!! The photos you show you dont even carry those line STOP LYING!!! Brides be aware she has removed her Facebook page because of all the bad feedback she doesnt want brides to see and she took this google page down and she believes things have been forgotten it has NOT!!! Take it down and we will be here to put a new reveiw up to make sure people ALWAYS know what kind of business you run!!!
