How do you have a whole category for Happy Birthday but call me to tell me that you have no Happy Birthday balloons and ask if I want different balloons? Like what?! Congratulations? Happy Retirement? Get well? What other balloon says Happy Birthday? None! Way to ruin it. Its my daughters 18th birthday and 1st day of college. All I wanted was these overpriced fruit and balloons. Had I known they wouldnt have what they advertise, Id have gone with something else. But of course they call me a few hours before pick up. No! A cupcake isnt good enough to take the place of the balloons. She was very nonchalant. No empathy. Not apologetic. And when I asked about delivery to the dorms she was nasty and said as far as she was concerned they have to come to pick it up. I was asking if it could be left at the front desk. Not what her concern is. Never again. They just lost 4 years of business with me.

I was supposed to have a happy birthday arrangement brought in today. I understand that it can take up to 5 pm to deliver. When I checked the status of the delivery at 3 pm, it said out for delivery. Im not sure how from University Ave to Quaker Ave takes over 2 hours, but when I called (which no one answered), the status on my order went from Out for Delivery to something along the lines of Arranging your Order now. It now again says out for delivery. Its after 5 pm; the employee I was buying the arrangement for has left to go home and, ya know, celebrate her birthday! Im still here waiting to see if the delivery will make it, I want to go home, the store says its closed....Thanks guys for A+++ customer service and support! Would NOT recommend and will NOT use again

One of the best gift we got for our baby was this fruit bouquet! Loved it! The staff were courteous and helpful. I didn’t know the shop hours, gave order on Saturday for delivery at 4pm but got delayed from my side but they made sure to call me, message me and deliver it when I reached the shop. Great service.

Called and placed an order, it never arrived, I call them to ask about it and they tell me they tried deliver twice which is strange because we’re sitting outside all while. I’m put on hold only to be told delivery will be made first thing next day, to which I decline and ask for a refund, experience is ruined. The refuse, tell I need to wait the next day, I’m irate at this point……Rubbish service, person taking my call plays victim, hangs up!

I placed an order for Mothers Day 6 days in advance and got a call at 8:40 PM saying they ran out of supply... Besides the poor planning, why did I receive notice about it 20 minutes before they stopped delivering? I dont know. If youre paying that much for their overpriced fruit and delivery, you would think the service would be better. Dont bother wasting your time trying to get delivery with this location.

The only reason I’m rating this as one star is because the driver was polite and helped me on the phone(he deserves a 5 star because he’s driving in snow delivering the orders with great customer service) Other than that the pricing of this place is ridiculous compared to the amount you get I understate fruit bouquets but chocolate covered strawberries and frozen cheesecake and cookies????? ... $70 for this tiny plate when it’s listed as a platter on the website. I could’ve gone to H-E-B and purchased chocolate covered strawberries and cheesecake and cooks for less than $30...

Their fruit is fresh and crisp and the cookies are scrumptious. Chocolate covered strawberries are sweet and juicy.

Great customer service! Went out of their way to make sure everything was great. Arrangement was beautiful fresh and bigger than expected. There was a small issue with billing (my fault) and they responded promptly to a text message. I will use them again definitely!

What company takes your oder online and your money but fails to tell you they location in the city you selected closed. Our family chose a gift to be delivered as a part of the family Christmas Eve celebration - only to be completely disappointed that it did not arrive. Then when I tried to contact the local store received messages that the number had been changed and was not available. What in the world. I have received and used Edible Arrangements on several different occasions and have always been very happy. I cant explain how upsetting this is and now Ive been on hold for almost 20 minutes just waiting for someone to answer the main customer service phone number.

I have used this place before with no problems. I placed an order on line on Sunday, 12/20/20 to be delivered on 12/22/20 to a local Lubbock address since I live in South Texas. I called, no contact, msg states that the number has been changed and the new number is unavailable. Needless to say, the delivery date came and went and no item was delivered. My sister in laws Birthday was ruined. Called corporate on Tuesday to request a full refund and was advised that the store had completely closed.

I have ordered Edible Arrangements from Colorado to have delivered to family in Lubbock a few times. I am always pleased with the service. They are very helpful and friendly. I will continue to order from them!

Valentines Day, my husband ordered me a gift from here. Didnt get delivered until 9:45 PM, and then they only delivered the chocolate strawberries, not the balloons or bear that my husband paid for. Then to top it off, part of the strawberries were clearly not fresh. Safe to say we wont be purchasing gifts here again.

I love to send an Edible Arrangement instead of flowers and they are always appreciated by the recipient. The last arrangement arrived after the receiver had already left the office for the day and Edible left the arrangement for the employees and made a fresh one to be delivered when the original recipient would be back in the office. This is great customer service in my mind. Ill continue using them.

This store turned off their phones on Valentines Day. My order was never delivered and I still have yet to receive a response from them. Can you explain why? That’s all I ask. Oh yeah, I expect a refund.

I placed an order at 1:41 pm for delivery. Its 5:30 and it still hasnt been delivered. Paid $15 for delivery when I could have picked it up on the way home for free (and also could have used a 15% off coupon).Ill update the review with delivery time once its delivered, as well as about the product itself.It was delivered about 4 hours 15 minutes after the order. It didnt come in a refrigerated van like the website said, but it was still cold (probably used a cooler of some sort in the back of a car). The product was excellent.

I pre ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. The line was long with all the last minute people trying to get something last minute. The owner came out and gave everyone free popcorn for the wait and was very friendly. I’m sure they will better prepare for holidays in the future.

I would honestly give 0 stars if it was an option. I preordered 4 dozen chocolate covered strawberries 2 weeks ago to be picked up at 12pm Valentine’s Day. I arrived at 1250pm with a line of 20 people. They did not ask anyone if they had an order to pick up simply made us all wait. By the time the representative got to me it was 1:40pm, I gave them my name they pulled me up and told me my order wasn’t even started yet, if I “still wanted it” it would take another 30 to 40 minutes to complete. You could imagine how upset I was as now I didn’t have the time to wait (I was on my lunch break) and to add insult to injury I had to come up with 4 new gifts on Valentine’s Day 2pm in the afternoon... speaking to someone in line they had told me that this location had gotten an order from a business for 20000 chocolate covered strawberries and decided to fill that order before completing any other order even if they had pre ordered prior. So the owner, and Managment decided our business wasn’t good enough for them and this business order is to take precedence over all other customers!!! What a disappointment... A disgrace of a business. I’ve never seen anything so poorly run and the gentleman at the front could not care at all, when someone in front of me left before being helped the employee made a comment for all to hear “whatever wasn’t my problem anyway”!!! I could keep going but I think all who read will get the point. You will never get my business or my companies business again!!!

I was very disappointed when we walked into the store to order some small items and a dozen chocolate strawberries. She stated that there were some strawberries that a customer had not picked up. We bought those. We were told it would take 30 minutes to get the other stuff done. We waited patiently outside. We picked up our order and went home. We went to eat them and there were holes in our fruit. They had pulled them off of an arrangement. The chocolate covered bananas had already turned brown, we had only had them 30 minutes. When confronted about this, I was told in a rude way, Sorry. Thank goodness for The Basket House in Lubbock. My gifts will come from there now.

My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with a beautiful fruit basket and chocolate covered strawberries, but I still havent got it. He called them to see if they could give him an estimated time of arrival and they said now (3pm) till 7pm. So now we cant go to dinner or the movie like I wanted to. Also, last time I got my mother chocolate covered strawberries they were all melted.

I was very skeptical about ordering from here to deliver to my sister for her bday, but I took a chance at it. Let me just say they are amazing a lady called me to check on best time to deliver since my sister is at the university and has classes. She also informed me about a little change to my order on the packaging but I had no issue with the changes being done. I would recommend this place Im very happy with the dedication of making sure everything was right. Will definitely be ordering again!

This store was absolutely amazing!! My family and I are from Baltimore, MD and we had a family member in town on business and wanted to send an arrangement to her. We were able to talk to an employee get same day delivery and great customer service. This store and employees were fantastic and I highly recommend their services!

Wonderful experience! Spoke with a woman by the name of Britney for a same day order. It was my mothers Birthday and was worried it wouldnt make it to her before the end of the work day, but within 3 short hours I got confirmation it had been delivered and my mother loved it!

Really........if you send something to someone for valentines day it should be delivered where you said for it to be. Not, left it at the front desk. Now i had to let the person i sent it to know their gift is at the front desk and you have to go out of your way to get it! what a surprise! Happy valentines Day go and find it!!

I have managed and consulted with and for several business over the last 20 years and I was shocked by the lack of concern for quality as well as delivery for their products. I paid over $150 to have a fruit arrangement for my brothers 80th birthday. It was supposed to be delivered by 11:00 AM in time for his party. It is now almost 2:00 PM and it is still not there. I called them and they said it is on the truck. I told them it was to be delivered in the morning. Do not do business with them.

Bad service. In short, they still had not delivered my order . When I showed up to pick up my order myself, there were so many upset customers in there that I could barely step foot in the door. I still had to put up with rude employees for about 45 minutes before finally giving me a refund of almost $100.00They for some reason could not refund the delivery fee. I would recommend something else next time for a special occasion or holiday. Very upsetting.

I have ordered from them many, many times and havent learned my lesson yet. People love their products, but they are very rude when setting delivery expectations or their ability to not meet the customers expectations. Delivery time and convenience is the main reason people shop this business and use their product (it surely isnt the price), you take that away and a competitor with will gladly come in and shut them down.

What a huge disappointment. I order my mother a arraignment for her birthday and I was so excited because she has never been surprised with anything been sent to her job. I placed a order to be delivered on her birthday but found out she was not working on her birthday so changed the order to the day before and they said ok we will have it delivered, at 7PM still nothing so I called and was surprised someone answered. She told me since they didnt bring her order they would send something to her house the next day and something to her job the day after that. Well guess what the next day still nothing I called at 6 and still no update my stepdad has kept her home ALL day on her birthday waiting. Then I call my mom to wish her a happy birthday and she told me they called her and said they will deliver her an arraignment to her job tomorrow. So not only did they not deliver TWO days in a row they called and ruined the suprised all together. And the only thing I could now is cancel the order well YOU ALREADY CALLED HER AND TOLD HER !!! NEVER AGAIN WILL EVER ORDER FROM THEM! Thanks for ruining my mom birthday by having her sit home ALL DAY FOR NOTHING.
