Loved it! The teas are amazing! The first time I ever tried a macaroon. That was a bit on the wild side! Literally tasted as though I was eating a flower. The vanilla rose by the way. Definitely enjoyed the experience!

A very nice place to get Boba its my niece favorite place I would give it a four but the staff are not friendly at all. The drinks are amazing but again the staff just look like they dont want to be there.

This place has delicious tea! I got the matcha cream tea with strawberry bursts and it is incredible. Just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely going to go there again

The strawberry lemonade is great, the butterfly lemonade tastes like fruit loops (that could be great if you like that or stay away from that flavor if you dont like fruit loops), the coconut snowyn is a sweet treat and really cold!

Teapioca Lounge has become our favorite chain for boba drinks and smoothies. Weve found service and quality to consistent across cities. This location is always friendly and always gets our drinks spot on. Anytime Ive had a question or wanted a suggestion the staff has been quick to help. Even when busy the orders are knocked out quickly. Must try for boba fans.

I like to come here when on this side of town. Had one in Austin that made me fall in love, glad we got one here! Almond Cream Tea or Vanilla Chai are my go tos. Service here has always been great.

First time customers and the drinks were good but the customers service was great. The ladies went above and beyond plus they were so patient with me and my family. I also have a very picky daughter and we still got great service.

I’ve never heard of a bubble tea place not having tapioca ready when they open. I’ve gone 2 times when they open at 11. The 2nd time I went the lady told me the tapioca is never ready before 11:30.

Went for the first time yesterday and was absolutely hooked. Staff was so so so friendly and the atmosphere was incredibly cute!

Been bere a few different times. Very excited to see the had durian on the menu and decided todo it. Best decision ever. Great drink. Staff was sweet and quick.

Ive been to Teapioca twice and had the Peach Smoothie. It was awesome both times. There are numerous other items I want to try, but it will take awhile just to make the rounds through all of the smoothies. My wife had one of the iced coffees with Tapioca and enjoyed it as well. The virtual Koi pond is really a nice feature as you enter the building.

This is the only boba place in lubbock that has good tasting tapioca thats not too sweet or just weird tasting! This is also the only place ive been too that has a good tasting mango slush. They have a wide selection of flavors and jellies which I love. Would definitely recommend!

This place has the best boba in town. I love the chai tea with boba and the Thai tea with boba. You can’t go wrong here

Plenty options to choose from, My personal favorite is the Pina colada sometimes I add blueberries, or i recently had the jasmine dragon pearls green tea hot it was good too. I’ve also had the Sandianada it’s like a watermelon slush with tajin and add real watermelon on top 😋

My sister and I decided to come here one afternoon and we are so glad we did! The atmosphere is super cute, prices are reasonable and the drinks are delicious! My sister got the butterfly lemonade which was the perfect balance of tart and sweetness. I personally got the honeydew cream tea with tapioca and it was some of the best tapioca I’ve ever had (i’m pretty picky) both drinks were ice cold as they shake all of the beverages :) super yum and I will probably be back soon!

First had this in San Marcos, Texas. When I saw the opened on in Lubbock, it was life changing. Passion Fruit smoothie is my go to!

I come here regularly and the tea is always great. But theres a blonde white girl that works there with a bad attitude. She didnt get my order right twice and when asked to remake it she retaliated and gives me horrible quality drink.

Love all the drinks here have yet to try something I didnt like. I highly recommend taking the family here for a sweet treat or refreshing drink. The taro Coconut cream blast and snowyns are some of my favorite!!

We live in Asia & LOVE bubble tea, so we have been here alot recently. However, the last two visits I have had them remake my drink & it was wrong even after the second time. Its a bit pricey, so I would like to have my order correct.

If you are looking for a limited menu, high dollar refreshments and bad customer service then please go right past this place because Teapioca in Lubbock is absolutely NONE of these! There are SOOO many options and drink combinations you will most definitely find many to call your favorites! The menu board alone is four massive LCD screens and the staff is VERY knowledgeable and EXTREMELY helpful!! I have not had ANYTHING that isn’t just plain amazing! I absolutely love the fact that you even have sweetness options! I mean who allows you to have 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% sweetness in your drink?? I cannot speak well enough about this place! It’s the only thing like it in Lubbock. This review can go on and on and on. You just have to go and try it yourself!! I promise you won’t find anything else like it and you will go back and back and back!!!

I recently went this new location while traveling and ordered my usual lychee smoothie. The smoothie did not taste like lychee and I tried to request more lychee flavor but the employees were extremely rude and refused to help in any way.Note: The fact that the drink couldn’t be remade or fixed in any way was poor customer service. I have never had to order extra lychee sweetness. I also did have lychee bursters FYI but drink just taste like cream.

They need to get off the phone and pay attention. This is not high school any more

I absolutely love the drinks and smoothies here, but when the managers or owners are not present, most of the staff either won’t wear a mask or will only partially have it on. With the current rise in pandemic cases, I think it’s inexcusable to be unmasked, but especially when preparing food! Getting sick isn’t worth the risk of having my favorite drinks :-( I will happily change my review to 5 stars and become a customer again if management can guarantee this won’t happen anymore.Update: thank you for your response to my concerns. I’ll return again tomorrow...hoping everyone is masked. Again, thank you. And I will improve the star rating.

Me and my husband came to this place and were so excited to try probably 99% of the menu. I love tea and coffee and I had two drinks there that were sooo good. The avocado coffee smoothie and the manganada were delicious. My husband had the taro smoothie which is one of my favorites as well. The staff helped us pick out drinks on our first visit and the owner was very nice as well.

Travel worker here in Lubbock for a few months. I came here now for the second time and I’ll def come back for a 3rd. Great staff, friendly, helpful with advice with selections. Friendly manager.

I grew up overseas and had been spoiled by high quality boba tea.Never thought I would be able to have amazing tasting boba tea again after moving to Lubbock.But this place changed my mind! *suprised pikachu*One of the best ways to tell if a boba tea shop is legit or not, is to try their classic cream tea+ boba.Their tapioca bubbles are perfectly cooked and sweetened (the most challenging part to master), tea taste freshly brewed and just strong enough, the creaminess is not overpowering to take away the tea fragrance.The only drawback is that they have so many options and I have a tough time deciding what I want everytime lol!

This place is AMAZING!! Customer service was great, choices are endless, and our purchase was so yummy!We got a Taro snowyn with condensed milk and oreos and a mangoneada with tapioca. I was very happy with each of these and how much you get for the price. 22oz drink for the mangoneada and a big bowl for the snowyn for around $13.00. If you get boba regularly in town with all the extra add-ons that we usually get, you know this is a pretty good deal!Highly recommend.No pics because we ate it too quick lol🍧🥤🤤
