Very friendly Sylvia knew exactly what I was wanting and was able to get everything packaged and sent In a timely matter, extremely reasonable! I was priced all around and was able to chose off my budget. Mrs. Sylvia, has great customer service skill. I will recommend mail and more to all my family and friends! Good work mail and more!!!

Great people. Saturday I needed to mail an envelope to California. Drove up to the store and it was not scheduled to open for 30 more minutes. A gentleman employee saw me and opened the store early. He assisted me and we had an encouraging conversation. I felt lifted for the day. My wife is handicapped so I can not leave for very long. Those few minutes were precious.

We had to ship 3 boxes overseas and Jay was exceptionally helpful. He walked us through the whole process and was patient the whole time. We will be shipping through Mail N More from here on out.

Run by very nice people. Good and efficient service. I’ll be going there to mail packages from now on.

The store owner and her employees are absolutely delightful. Nothing but sweet, friendly, and professional customer service from this place. Their gift wrapping services are like none other and their extensive gift shop truly makes this store a one-stop shop for all mailing, shipping, copying, gifting, and wrapping. Not to mention the mailbox rentals available. I am wondering if the negative reviewers have the wrong store name because Mail and More in Lubbock is the happiest place full of the nicest people in town!

Anytime I have been in this store for the last 20 years the owner have always gone out of her way to help me. She is the kindest most pleasant store owner I have ever met! There customer service is second to none. The bonus to mailing my packages here, is that she has the most unique gifts that I can easily add to care packages for my friends and family. Also they have wonderful gift wrapping services which is so difficult to find anywhere else!

Thursday, Dec 3 was my last visit in this store. I will not return. I have been shopping there for over a year because of the unique merchandise. However, each time I have been greeted by a woman who identified herself as the owner of the shop. This person has no business dealing with retail customers. She does not smile, does not carry on conversations, and makes it very obvious she has paperwork she is neglecting because of my presence in her establishment. I feel like I am literally putting her out by even walking in the store. In discussing the situation with the ladies next door, I found out I am not the only one who is treated in this matter. She needs to find another profession.I do not mind if my name is used. Hope it will prevent another happy person walking in to a unique store only to be treated like a pain.

Agree with the other review. Im often overly sensitive and, having read bad reviews of this store, decided to suck it up. It probably wasnt going to be as bad as expected. I had someone go with me and we were greeted by an incredibly rude, surly woman. By greet...I mean she gave us an annoyed look and swiftly walked to a part of the store where she didnt have to deal with us. I sort of shrugged it off and decided to compliment the owner when she came back out. More surliness. Unnecessarily nasty. Why do you own this business? Will not be coming back, which Im sure suits her just fine.

No matter how I ship a package, USPS, UPS, or Fed-EX, I can drop it off here instead of having to run to the post office, then to the Fed Ex store, etc. They take good care of my outgoing stuff!
