Friendly customer service, and many broken commitments! Had a crew in the area working and needed fuel rather quickly. Sales person was nice and sent me the paperwork to establish an account. I asked for same day delivery and they could not commit. That is understandable...but I asked for them to call me if they could not get the fuel there same day. No return call or answer to emails or phone when I called back.Next morning, I call for an eta and the sales rep says we are first on the delivery schedule, and they will be there by 8:30. 9:00 not there and no answer...10:00 not there and no answer...Text, email, and phone calls..no answer. I call dispatch and they call the driver then tell me he is on the way I ask for an eta and I am told maybe withing 15 min.They were apologetic and cordial and I was trying to be nice but firm. lessons that should be learned...Commitments should be followed through on especially when informed that this is an emergency situation.

No answer, no call back, same story for 3 weeks. Seems they just dont want the business.
