Nice, clean, decent selection, convenient. Did not have to wait in line at the register. The only reason I issued 4 star instead of 5. They do not sell bagged ICE. Although they sell ice cream. So I did have to go to another store, to get a bag of ICE, and had to wait in line to check-out. I could have just went to this store and purchased evrything. Shopping at Family Dollar was a pleasant experience. When they have bagged ICE for sale, I will edit and rate them 5 Star.

I always find what I need and its convenient. The staff is ok-ish. Some are rude but most are friendly just slow! No care to get customers on their way in a decent time manner. Also, they lock their doors whenever they want!! It can be 7:45pm and the doors are locked. Sign says 9:00pm. Its very unprofessional and annoying.

The store was big. We went in on a Saturday around 3:30 PM and it wasnt crowded. Cashier was nice.

Just bought a new home in the area. Not very happy with this store I dont know if race has something to do with this store I went in several times first time I went in a gentlemen was awesome customer service the next four times was horrible!! Manager is rude ignore her customers ive waited 20 minutes at cashier to be checked out she saw me walking up and walked away went to a computer saw me and continued to ignore me then got up from computer decided to go to the aisle and unbox stuff and continued to ignore me. Also saw lots of employees on there phones not interacting with there customers, as myself i own a buisness and this horrible buisness here.Then I noticed several times they had only great customer service (im referring to majority of the employees here) to certain people that were white or high class which I think everyone who walks in this store needs to be treated the same and not treated differently they need to have better employees and manager working at this location.

The Family Dollar by the YWCA is always stocked and the sales associates were well mannered and always smiling. The store could have used a bit of cleaning though.

They treat everyone like criminals. Cant shop with my own purse in hand. Its literally a small Michael Kors handbag. Guess Im just offended cuz i new to town and Ive never been told i cant shop with my own purse. Like if ima leave it in my car. Every other family dollar has let me shop with thia same purse in hand. Not everyone steals you idiots!!

Cleanest and most organized Family Dollar I have ever seen!! Excellent customer service, too. Highly recommended!

This store is very clean and organized. Shelves are always stocked. Large wide open aisles throughout. All the employees so far have been very friendly.

The manager Melissa at this store has terrible customer service skills and is very rude. Manager over looked the thief tag on an item that had two scan tag, the alarm when off and the Manager accused me of stealing and that I had items in my purse.I reported her to the district manager and they mentioned that they would talk to them. It was embarrassing because the store had several customers in line to checking out.

Alot of off brands, but that didnt stop all the low prices, so yeah. Its good..

The worst customer service I think i’ve ever experienced by phone. Called looking to see if they have 9V batteries, got placed on hold because they were “too busy” and said they don’t have time to answer the phone. I then was placed on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on, tried to call back twice got no answer. then called back AGAIN just to receive awful attitude from the “assistant”??

This is the cleanest and Friendliest Family Dollar I have ever been to. Super Organized!!
