My absolute favorite store in Lubbock!! From crystals to cards, they have a great selection with reasonable prices! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly as well. If I could rate tumbleweed higher than 5, I would!! :-)

What a cute store hidden in catus alley. I’m new to Lubbock so I was excited to run across this store. The staff were super helpful, they answered our questions. We will be back soon to purchase more crystals.

What a gem!!! (pun intended!) Ive passed Cactus Alley many times on Marsha Sharp, but I never knew what alternate world lay along the freeway!! Tumbleweed Botanicals was the first shop we crossed when entering the courtyard, and my niece was immediately drawn to the store. We were greeted immediately and the environment was so welcoming. I dont know much about gemstones, crystals, and whatnot but the ladies behind the counter were super helpful in getting us started. I have to say this is my new favorite store! There are so many items to look at! I cant wait to come back!

This store was amazing! really helpful and friendly staff, products had really good prices! there is a huge variety of small tumbled crystals as well as some amazing pricier ones. there is also a HUGE selection of incense!i will definitely be back :)

Today I went into the store for the first time ever. Upon entering I was asked to check my purse at the register. The gentleman working literally took my purse and put it behind the counter so I wouldn’t steal anything! I was honestly too mortified to even be combative, But inside I was fuming! I made a quick lap and left after having to ask for my purse back. I wouldn’t spend a dime in that place! How offensive!

Once entering I was welcomed by these two ladies . The store gave me good vibes . You can’t go wrong going here . Just beware that you might be going in for one thing and might come out with ten .

AMAZING staff and AMAZING products. I got some great tattoo balm, some loose leaf tea that was absolutely delicious and soothing, and msm cream that worked wonders on my tight shoulder muscles.

I am obsessed with crystals and things that coincide with spirituality. This shop offers a lot of items that have advanced my spirituality and spiritual journey (tarot cards, evil eye, charged candles)! I visit quite frequently. I love this shop!!

As soon as you step in the door ... you are greeted and asked if you need assistance in looking for anything ...even asked if I wanted to have my items waiting for me at the register... the store smelled so good and everything I bought smells just as good... very much worth the drive from Matador to Lubbock 💕 will be coming back more often 😄

Today was my first time in this store despite living so close for over a decade. I wish I had found this store sooner. They were so amazing. It felt like walking into a small home town shop where they already know you, their service was that awesome. They have a great selection but it doesnt feel overwhelming. They are very cautious with covid going around. Its one person in the store at a time, by appointment only, and they give you a set of nitrile gloves to wear while your inside, masks required and they take your temperature at the door. I appreciate that they care so much, and their great service. Theyll have me as a customer for a very long time if not for the rest of our lives.

Went in there today for the first time and had an amazing experience! Ashley and Kay (I believe that was her name) were very sweet and welcoming. I really wanted to play the singing bowl and they let me. Over all very good experience and almost definitely will be back.

Thank you for always having my favorite incense! They have many different types of incense & is a much nicer experience than ordering online. She gave me a free collection of rocks once, very nice people and great customer service.

Uplifting atmosphere, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! As an integrative health practitioner I really enjoy the diversity of bulk herbs, herbal supplements, essential oils and crystal healing stones. There is also an array of incense smudging sticks, and a wide variety of literature over many different subjects. Cute and one of a kind gifts for any occasion. My favorite metaphysical shop ever!

Dont forget to bring your phone or call for an appointment ahead of time! Door stays locked and employees refuse to even approach door for any reason. Youre simply looked at while they point to their phone inside... I appreciate covid cautiousness as much as the next guy but this felt somewhat disrespectful and very uninviting.

First of all I came down here because I moved down from LA and this is the only store that reminds me of my hometown, I went in here with an open heart and mind super excited! I walked in The store it is beautiful and has everything that I need! I loved this store makes me feel like home, when I went inside I was very much excited! And I started talking to the girl that was there Asking for advice, she was very quite and not very friendly it felt awkward very much, I have worked at a crystal shop before it’s about alignment light and love with so many healing power! But here I felt blank with the customer service I will be returning back because I’m in love with the store but I’m hoping next visit I get treated better and not feel like a stranger as we are one. This place is now a favorite of mine for whenever I visit Lubbock! They people were so friendly, and the atmosphere was very welcoming!They also have a wide variety of products: tarot cards, oracle decks, herbs, incense, and a variety of teas, candles and soaps.The prices are also quite reasonable, and the shop is very neatly organized.They also helped me pick out some items, and even helped me pick my very first tarot deck, and some incense!I will definitely be back!

People seem to really like this place, as Im reading the reviews, but I did not have a good experience. We were from out of town and were at Gold Stripe next door (would recommend!!) and were just wandering around Cactus Alley. Tumbleweed Botanicals was right next door. Im not huge on all this stuff (healing rocks and whatever) but I like the smell of the oils and I love tea so I was excited about checking this place out. We walk in, a group of 6 women, not loud/giggly/disruptive. The lady at the counter was finishing up with someone, smiling, making small talk. As we walk around the store, she standing there next to the cash register in her bare feet, watching us as we walked around the store. I had just finished my coffee, walked up to her, and asked her if I may throw away my cup. Shes standing literally right in front of an empty trash can. Without missing a beat, and very coldly, she tells me that the coffee shop next door probably has a trash can I can use. So I pause for a second, thank her, and go back next door to throw away my cup. As I came back (since my friends were still there) I decided I didnt really need anything from that store after all.

One of the most favorite places to visit for white sage, crystals and holistic herbs...fennel, homemade lip balm and elderberry syrup. And a joy to shop there! One of the best places to learn and visit! Things like books and tarot cards...and real salt lamps!

OMG, Ive fallen in love with this place. From the moment you walk in, you feel a sense of comfort and wholeness. The young last was very welcoming and very helpful. She has a beautiful sweet aura about her I felt like I was talking to a long time friend. Another lady came in and somehow next I know us three we mingling like we already had met. I enjoyed a few laughs and all with the ladies. Im a new worker in the midst and loved the displays of candles, sage,oils, books and cards and all kinds of goodies. Very unhappy with the way that I was treated when i first came to this established as I walked through the door I was not greeted with friendly I was one out of three customers that was there and was treated like I was going to steal something at any moment watched but not assisted giving short answers when asking questions .upon checking out the girl at the counter tried to shortchange me, on my way out of the store I noticed another customer coming in with questions about certain merchandise and the lady was giving her incorrect information about some things that could spiritually really hurt her very concerned about new be magical experimenters please do your research because these people will not help you and they might actually land you into magical or spiritual trouble beware!!!

A group of us visited Lubbock to surprise a friend. We went to the area looking for coffee at Gold Stripe next door (great place btw!), then wondered around Cactus Alley. My friends were interested in Tumbleweed Botanicals right next door, so I followed my friends in. The whole time in the shop, I noticed the lady at the counter was glaring at me and my friends. There were no “hey can I help you” or “let me recommend a tea?” type conversation. It was just mostly cold stares the whole time, which is really strange since she seemed to be friendly with other guests. This made me feel uncomfortable already but some of my friends were looking at tea and soap to buy so I waited in the store for them. After everyone finished making their purchases and left the store, I found out that she was actively being rude to someone in our group. I’m very shocked to find that this store is so highly rated if that’s how they treat their customers.

I have been a customer ofvthis store since it opened andcwould never cinsider going anywhere else for herbs or stones....and she has a wonderful array of herbal based things from lip balms to elderberry syrup. She makes things herself. Sue is the person to go to for info on herbs and stones. She defininetly has a great knack with everything!
