Excellent!Dr. Black does an outstanding job. I was seen promptly in a very pleasant setting, treated with courtesy and respect in a highly professional manner. Dr. Black examined my ears thoroughly, removed accumulated ear wax buildup and conducted a hearing test.Following the hearing test she explained the results to me along with some available treatment options, in my case hearing aids. As a result she fitted me with a set of hearing aids on a trial basis and I love them! I heartily recommend The Hearing Doctor!

Honestly I contemplated my visit multiple times. Thought about canceling the appointment, thought about just not showing. I wasnt sure that I was ready to admit that I needed help. In the end I decided to go ahead and walk in for my appt. The staff was fantastic. Dr Holdman was amazingly sweet and caring. I couldnt ask for a better experience then that. Dr. Holderman was beyond great. She came to my home to evaluate my 82yr old father who is bed bound. She completed an audiology test and even brought hearing aids for my father to try. She adjusted the hearing aids and spent time making sure that he could hear appropriately. Taking time to explain the process and ensuring that my father had the best product for his needs ensured me that my father now has the gift of hearing.

I dont suffer from hearing loss, but i did need hearing protection. I came here to get custom molded ear plugs. I couldnt be happier. Im an avid gun, motorcycle, and race car enthusiast. Even my place of employment is extremely loud. Ive watched the older guys i work with suffer hearing loss over the years. I didnt want that to be me when im their age. I can put these comfortable ear plugs in when i get up and wear them all day. Thanks to everyone at the hearing doctor. Everyone should have these.

Dr Black and her staff are just supreb. They took care of me in the most excellent manner every time I go to the office. I had a problem with my hearing aid and within a few minutes they were working on it and. When it couldnt be fixed in the office they gave me a loaner hearing aid and I was on my way. Dr Black came to see me and made sure it was all ok. I cannot recommend the Hearing Doctor more, they are simply excellent.

Very informative and productive appointment. Dr. Black was able to update the software to my hearing aids and turn on new features and make adjustments to significantly improve the performance of my 2 1/2 year old hearing aids.

It was great all the way around. Great people great environment (space), had no questions about how my new hearing aides worked after they went over the instructions. They even made adjustments to them after I told them about how I liked to listen.
