This place is one of the best ice cream shops I have tried. The ice cream is very soft, thick, and delicious. The staff here is very friendly and owners are awesome ! I will recommend this place to everybody !!!

Creamistry would be a great first date kinda place- it’s unique and fun. The process is interesting and entertaining to watch. The staff were pleasant. The ice cream was just okay, especially for the price. I wouldn’t be going there regularly but it’s fun to try.

Our ice cream tasted homemade and creamy. My husband got sea salt caramel and mine was specaloos biscotti cookies. I think mine was the best!!!

This place is really different from your average ice cream shop. I have personally tried a couple of the signature creations. I highly recommend trying them out if you have yet to!

Service is unusually slow and prices are pretty high for what you get. Ive been here a few times and it is usually pretty dead, but they still take a long time. Flavor combinations are pretty unique and it is definitely worth trying at least once.

My order was made incorrectly. I asked to have it remade. I was told they were out of nitrogen and couldnt remake it. I then asked for a refund. The young girl turned around, walked into the kitchen and proceeded to yelled at her coworker about me. I was not rude to her at all. I left without ice cream and without a refund.. So they got a $10 tip for being ugly to me. There are plenty of ice cream places in Lubbock to choose from.

Simple, tasty, a little pricey. The wait wasnt too bad. The shopping center and location are the biggest downfall.

First time trying this place out and it was delicious! The process is awesome to watch and the facility was clean and cold..perfect for the hot summer days!

The staff was friendly, but the ice cream was overpriced and two of the four flavors we chose were inedible (the matcha green tea tasted like seaweed and the nutella like peanut butter) and the other two were underwhelming. The experience was neat, but $6 for a single scoop of ice cream is ridiculous.

Don’t waste your time or money. Three ladies working not one greeted us when we walked in. One blonde girl with braids looked up from cleaning and rolled her eyes and shook her head annoyed we were there. Finally after I said something another worker came up from the back and took our order. Way too expensive for what you get and no thank you or have a good night, enjoy, nothing. If you want to feel unwelcome and awkward then this is the place for you. Definitely not impressed and won’t be going back.

A great ice cream chain that has great presentations for their ice creams. Captains Breakfast is to die for.

Product good but very pricey & girls behind the counter were very unfriendly. Seemed more interested in chatting with one another than waiting on us.

Super yummy, great combos and vegan/dairy free options. BUT way too expensive! $9 for one scoop of ice cream with some crushed cookies on top. Braums, Dairy queen... same options.

The place was mice and clean, and their process is fun to watch. Ice cream was very good, but not phenomenal.

Very interesting process and the ice cream was quite good. A little pricey, maybe, but it is labor-intensive. Not the place to go if youre in a hurry (we werent at all) because it does take some time. Both treats we got were very good: Chocolate Combustion and Speculoos Overload.

Mel and all the staff are great. People need to remember this place is brand new and everyone is learning so people complaining about the wait need to take a deep breath and relax. They literally make the ice cream right in front of you. Rome wasnt built in a day.The ice cream is amazing and worth the wait.

I will not return to this place. My granddaughter and I walk in we are not graded at all, we go to look at the menu on the wall nobody says anything to us the two girls are just working away there’s nobody there. I keep waiting for somebody to say may I help you, nothing ever came finally I look up and see a sign that says order here and which there’s a girl already standing there staring at us. Instead of saying may I help you I guess I could’ve just stood there all evening. Finally she takes our order she asked for whip cream we say yeah then we leave and we notice that my granddaughter’s ice cream has no whip cream I have to go back in the store and ask for help whip cream because after all we did pay for it. Ice cream was great service sucked

While the ice cream was good, we didn’t feel it was anything special and definitely not worth $6 for a single scoop, plus $.50 per topping. We waited nearly 45 min for our order and were still initially missing part of it. We watched one of the girls making the ice cream touch her hair with her gloved hand multiple times. I was excited for this place, but it missed the mark.

Unique experience to watch as they make your order. The ice cream taste was average, but the product is over priced. Two individual scopes, one each, was just short of $14.00. To rich for me. Save your receipt and there is a 10% discount on your next entire order, within 7 days.

I was excited to try this new place. It was clean, well staffed and has a patio. After ordering a Strawberry Paradise and small waffle bowl of nutella... I was a little surprised that my order came out to $17+. I gave the cashier $20 and told him to keep the rest as a tip. We waited outside for several minute until a young gentleman signaled me to come inside. He then stated they were out of strawberries. So at this point my husband got some fancy cream with strawberry drizzle on the cup and I got my single scoop of nutella ice cream. I do admit, whatever they are doing was cool to watch, however, we were both unimpressed with our orders. My nutella tasted more like peanut butter, it was very thick like custard. My husband said his Strawberryless Paradise was okay, but not worth the price, it was 12 oz.

Sub-par from the other Creamistry locations I have visited. Maybe because they are still new. The flavor was ok but on the bland side. Cream lab no. 7 in Midland is amazing compared to here.
