The ice cream was amazing and with lots of topping. My daughter loved it.

Great flavors and great people. Got the Minty green flavor with pecans, it is great. Tony is very helpful and has great service. It took longer to get my wallet out of my pocket than it took Tony to make my ice cream. 10/10 would eat again.

The ice cream was great but while me and my brother sat there enjoying our ice cream we saw the only worker there leave. No sign was put up saying the worker went to break or no sorry were closed sign was put up either.....Unfortunately, there were at least 13 customers that waited and are still waiting! We just left the mall,the worker never returned. We got our ice cream at 1:35....yall have bad customer service and have made alot of customers upset today.

I Love their ice cream! But I can’t say the same about the customer service lately the same worker showed that he was bothered by us ordering and was very rude when he let us know they were out of stock on items

The girl there was very rude and they never have any of the ingredients you want. she slams down the ice cream with some real attitude; i wanted to speak to the manager but they put up a sign that said “will be back in 10 minutes” but it took them 30 or more. i wanted the better batter boogie board, however she made the wrong ice cream at first, dumped it out, acted like I ordered the wrong thing, then proceeded to make the right thing, without telling us they only had 1 out of 3 ingredients in our ice cream before making it. they need better staff. poor experience. 0/10.

It may be jus a small ice cream stand in the mall, but they workers here definitely aim to please, and theyll do everything they can to make sure your happy! The ice cream is amazing too (you definitely want to swoop in for the chocolate ice cream fast though, it goes fast!)!

If you don’t want to work then don’t. Period. I love marble slabs shakes. Every single time I go in the mall the employees are being lazy or telling lies about the blender being broken so they don’t have to make my shake. I went today for a shake and got told that lie after my coworker had just come back with one. If I’m going pay for it, making it shouldn’t be an issue. And there should definitely be more than one person on staff I sat waiting because I didn’t know if anyone was there just to find out he was sitting in the corner where I couldn’t see him and he couldn’t see me. It took the line getting long just for him to see someone was waiting.

My 4 year old wanted ice cream, there was a sign that said be back soon, we walked around for 20 mins when the girl who was attending the stand finally arrived she told us they were on break for the next 15 20 mins...clearly she was lazy...whoever owns this kiosk is losing serious money on account of a lazy worker we won’t be giving any of our money to this marble slab in the future. Management needs to fire this girl she is not fit for work...Saturday 4:00 o clock. Terrible customer service, feel sorry for this girls man if she runs a household like she runs her job it must be hell on earth for him. Smh

5:30 at the mall. Closes at 6:00. Sign says back in 10 minutes. Literally looks like employee(s) had enough and quit. Food still out, ice cream exposed, lights off, tops off all candy jars, dishes not washed, TVs left on. If Im the franchisee I am very worried at this moment .

Zero smile on their face, associates are literally in their phone texting and ignoring you. This is my experience every time I go. And the worst part is, I asked for one thing and he gave me wrong order.

So I get the lady was busy. I went in on my lunch from work bought a small and 3 smoothies and the lady working was the absolute worst. So rude, and she hardly spoke other than can I help and my total.
