We bought a brand new house with fans that had defective lighting. One light was replaced under warranty, the other was replaced out of warranty because Dement recognized the issue, dealt with the manufacturer and made it right. Not only did they replace the light module, they also provided two extra new light modules given the know defect, and that I had two other fans with the same light in the house. The cost of each light module is approximately $125, from the manufacturer, for reference.A+++ on service. Thank you, Steve!! Support local especially when the customer service is this exceptional.

Selection was amazing. Other places just said look at our website but they took the time to help us find the perfect fixtures for our space. Price was great value for some beautiful lights!

I came in to Dement lighting without a clue what i wanted in lighting. Crystal was fast to help me and lead me in the right direction. i was so impressed in how much selection they had in lighting and hardware. she advice to also visit there web site which was amazing. where i created a wish list and went back to the the store and crystal made my life so easy and very happy with my selections. I couldnt have done this on my own. supper nice ad helpful staff.

My wife and I had certain fixtures picked out (thinking we knew what we were doing). When we met with one of their representatives he advised us what we had picked wouldnt give us the look nor lighting we wanted. However, he recommended a better fixture and now we are happy with the product. The type of service we received was above our customer expectation. I definitely recommend shopping here.

As a home builder, Dement Lighting has been fantastic to work with. They are up to date on the latest trends in lighting/hardware, not just what is currently popular in Lubbock TX. I can count on Drew and Crystal to sit down with our customers and help make their vision meet their budget. (This is a skill...its not something thats easy to do!) If we ever have a problem, they are quick to make it right! I would recommend Dement Lighting because of their selection, expertise and willingness to stand behind the products they sell.

My wife and went into Dement Lighting to purchase a ceiling fan. We had some specific questions before making a decision, the man we worked with was very nice, but the owner is a horrible person. While we were there we witnessed him speaking to his staff (one of which we believe is his wife) in a very degrading way, and couldnt be bothered to take his eyes off Facebook to answer a simple question. We were in there for about 20 minutes and left, my wife was offended by how this person treated women. Ill flush my money down the toilet before putting it in this despicable persons pocket.

Im from out of town and I visited this showroom. Best showroom Ive ever been to and Ive been to a lot. Staff was helpful and got me every thing I needed. Ill be back the next time Im in town.

Do not go here! There is a very unprofessional man here! He yells and screams at his employees, IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! If people are that unprofessional, I can just image how bad their products are! BBB will be getting a call from me!!
