I called to place an order, talked to the salesman about all the details and he said he would call back with a quote. A few days later he called back but they were short 4 sheets of tin, they would call when they came in. They didnt call back so I called a week later. I wanted 100 of 6 metal fence, using 3 runners (300) of purling, they sold me 400. I wanted a color other than white such as cream, they sold me stone ( looks white). They sold me light stone colored screws, doesnt match the tin. They shorted me 700 screws and told me they would call when they came in, a week later I called and they said they always keep them in stock. Another trip to get the screws. I started to put the sheets up today and realized the colors dont match. Another trip to get different colored screws. When I took the extra purling back I could either get a check or store credit, the check will be mailed to me, hopefully. I wont be going back.

I went to pick up an order, and the office staff was really friendly and helpful, but the forklift driver that loaded our order was disrespectful and unprofessional. He was unloading a store truck when we got there, we were told by the sales lady, that after he finished unloading that truck he was going to load us, and we were waiting there for him to finish. Minutes after another store truck arrived, and as soon as he finished unloading the first truck, he started unloading the second one, and we told him that we were next, and he responded very impolite and rude saying that he was going to unload the second store truck and we could do whatever we want to do, but he was going to finish unloading the truck. There is no excuse to treat a customer like that, If he has a personal problem, the needs to leave it at home. I would give a five star, but because of this driver I couldnt.

Went in to get a quote on marterials and I didnt know much so i asked what would be the best option for a shed and the guy told me I needed to figure that out and the come back to place my order. not helpful at all

WTH??? I don’t know how this place has ANY good reviews.We called to price a car port and we wanted quotes on different sizes.First the 20x20 with a side was $1100Couldn’t do a 22x22Then the 20 x 20 was $1342.22 with a side and a 22 x22 was $1643Then when my husband called it went back to they can’t do a 22 x 22 at all.If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck....These people are sketchy and super unprofessional!

Its locally owned & operated, they greet everyone as if they were a family member when they enter & when its your turn to be waited on your the only one that matters they truly give you their undiviated attention.
