Just had my break in oil change done on my Indian Scout 60. Jorge and the guys got it out quicker than they originally planned. Job done fast and great service. Any mechanical or body repairs needed, talk to Jorge Arredondo.

Tried to get a quote over email. I built the bike, had all the parts, just needed a ballpark quote on a bottom line price, AND just an estimate of when it would be ready to be picked up. They couldnt seem to get me that information, even though we emailed back and forth 3 or 4 times, with me explaining each time that I just needed a simple estimate. They wanted my address (to get accurate sales tax and title amounts which I didnt need (its a close estimate!)) and phone number first. I didnt want to give it to them. Then even though they never gave me a quote or decent response, they want to know who Im financed through (already upselling their financing, before even getting me a quote!). Just left a bad taste in my mouth and I wont be buying from them. I was ready to drop about $25,000 to $30,000 this weekend. This was in Lubbock. The Odessa shop is just as bad. I told them I was ready to buy and they wont even email me back, after their initial automated email. Hopefully the dealerships in the Dallas area arent so terrible. I know if I ran a motorcycle shop and someone said they were going to buy a $30,000 motorcycle, Id do my best to accommodate them. I wasnt asking for a lot. Or being unreasonable. Family Power Sports needs to put more Family and less Power Sports into their customer service.

This is an awesome business with some of the greatest people. Have been doing business with them for 9 years, 5 motorcycles later we still think they are the best.
