I just called in to see if they would mount and balance two dirtbike tires. He said “No, I don’t mess with dirt bikes!” Now I am total stranger to the Harley scene and maybe I disgraced him by asking why he couldn’t mount and balance the two tires for my dirtbike a few times, however I don’t think that’s any excuse to yell at me through the phone like I was a tax collector. The tires mount and balance just like any tire, I just don’t have the means to do it on my own. I’ve been riding for a little while and I have great respect for people who ride, I wave, I carry the bell, but I would never get upset if someone asked a question. I have however owned two successful businesses in the past and have the common decency to not yell at a prospective customer over the phone over a thing such as some dirtbike tires.To the man I spoke to on the phone,I’m sorry if I disrespected you in anyway, however I’m sure you’ll get over the fact that your tools can’t touch a nasty bike other than a Harley.
