If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen that one. Customer service here is absolutely ridiculous. Theyve had a piece of equipment from my job for nearly a year and they have not even made any progress on it. I was lied to in July that the parts just got here this week and that the equipment would be ready to go by the next week. Just called back today 10-13 and the man told me oh well the parts just got here the other day ill have to check on it for ya when I asked why I was told that the parts arrived in July he had nothing to say about it. I will never use this service dept. again. I hope they dont treat all their customers this way.

If you’re reading this post you’re probably looking to purchase an ATV/UTV. Well, look no further. I purchased my Mule from East Texas Powersports almost two years ago and the experience has been excellent. If I could give more than 5 stars I would gladly do it! From sales to service they’re the best around, period. They deliver almost anywhere and make the experience (sales or service) as easy on the customer as possible. There are lots of places to buy atv’s, jet skis, etc. and most are part of large dealership chains. East Texas is family owned and it shows. Two thumbs up from this guy!!!

I originally called to inquire about buying a side by side. I spoke to Brandon (sales manager) and he explained the shortage of inventory and the process of getting on the waiting list. I reviewed the SxS stats and called back get on the list just as he advised me to do.1st call: I spoke to a salesman. I gave him the exact details on what I wanted. When it came to color, I explained that I didn’t really care whatever has the shortest wait time. He said he would have to check and he’s call me back. I gave him my number and he did not call back.I waited 3 days and decided to call and see what’s was up.2nd call: i asked for sales. I got a salesman on and explained the last call. He stated that it wasn’t him but he can check to see if there are any notes or if I’m on the list. He came back and said I was not on the list at all. So we started the whole process over again. When we got to color the same thing. He said he would check and call me back. 3 days later still no call back.Today I called back and asked for someone in sales. I was put on hold for12 minutes before I hung up.I called back and asked the lady for Brandon. She said they were in a meeting. She said she could take a message or could she help. I told her about all of this. Her response was well we really don’t have much to sell. I explained to her regardless of inventory salesman should treat buyers with respect. That’s how you get lifelong customers.I would rather drive 200 miles farther than give these guys my money. They have completely wasted my time. I should have been on the waitlist a week and a half ago.

They did awesome work. The day after, they called and said it was ready. Again awesome work..

Fantastic purchase experience with these guys! We handled everything by phone and they were able to meet me with the unit about half way between my place and theirs. Excellent customer service all the way around! Thank you!

Zero Stars!Worst customer service I have ever experienced!I was completely ignored; verbally assaulted by Brandon McWilliams; and he also made an attempt at physical intimidation. I was shocked, horrified and completely blown away that he thinks he can get away with this sort of behavior and attitude.I dont care what department one works in; the staff should at a bare minimum greet and treat a customer with care.

Working with Brandon McWilliams at East Texas Power Sports - Lufkin was seamless and exceeded our expectation of great service. We ordered a Ranger 1000 for our Uncle in East Texas. We live in Wisconsin and did everything over the phone long distance. The Ranger was a surprise gift for my uncle. Brandon accommodated and coordinated everything to be delivered at a specific time to complete the surprise. Joe, the delivery driver, came in specifically on Saturday to deliver and had the best customer service! I would recommend East Texas Power Sports - Lufkin to anyone even if you dont live in the area.

Easy process buying equipment. I live 2 hours away and called them about their inventory. Placed down payment and picked up the next day. Very convenient, friendly, and no pressure. Paid, signed a few papers, had a quick walk through and I was on my way.

Dropped by to buy 3 4 wheelers. When we walked in we were not greeted by any of your staff memebers or ask if we wanted help with anything so we left and went to the one in Nacadoches and we were immediately greeted as we walk in. He came right to us and assisted us in buying the only 4 wheeler they had in stock. Thank you East Texas power sports in Nac.

Have always had a good customer service experience here. Last visit, no hitch receiver motorcycle carrier available but counter service researched and offered all options available through their providers. Would always recommend

Would not let any other dealer touch our slingshot but East Texas Power Sports. Customer Service is so important and they got it right the first time. I dealt with Brandon M. from him returning a call on a Request A Quote on the Kawasaki website, all the way to him helping me load my new bike on the trailer. It was a super smooth Transaction all together. With great service and financing, I was able to come home a very Happy Man......

Went in at lunchtime with only person there. Employee still was pleasant and took time to research and locate parts. A little further for me to travel but worth the trip

Only thing I didnt like was no awning.... Usually not a big deal, but when you gotta load a mower in the rain it sure would be nice to have some cover while you strap it down. Has many different kinds of equipment, clean and people were friendly and not pushy.

They didnt have the drain plug for my motorcycle but they tried and gave me good advice who would have it and they did. Probably should be a 4-star at least but I cant go back.

Came here a few days ago to inquire about buying a Kawasaki Ninja 650 from this place. The first time I came I waited like 15 minutes and somebody finally came and asked me for help. While this is a little frustrating, I understand places get busy and passed it off as a quirk. I came back today with the intentions of purchasing a bike from these guys and waited around the shop for more than 30 minutes without anyone asking if I need any help. No problem, apparently Ross just wanted to do business with a motivated buyer more than you guys did.

Bought a hammer head go cart have had nothing but continuous problems trying to keep it running

Called multiple times to buy a quad, salesman told me multiple times he would contact me back and never did. Went as far as to apply for financing to buy the quad and still wasnt taken seriously or even ever contacted again! Dont waste your time here, go somewhere else with good customer service!

I spend a lot of time and money at East Texas Power Sports. I am always greeted with a friendly face and smile. The parts department is VERY busy, yet they continue to make each customer a top priority.

Went in bout two weeks ago and talk to a gentleman and he was sopose to check on something for me and he took my number and name and said I will give u a call back. So now two week later no call. I went to another place and got what I needed. Yes they are friendly here but they will not call or help you with anything that is not on the show room floor.

Purchased a new Ranger 500 mid-size... Easy, helpful folks to deal with.

Jc helped me get my bike nice guy and I thank him for that but starting to doubt any of the mechanics. Always uncooperative and act like they dont give a dam. Also I check my psi today had my bike for 2-3 weeks maybe turns out my front tire PSI reads 15 when manual says 32. Wondering if they actually serviced my bike before giving it to me. Sales team is great will be taking my bike elsewhere for maintenance unfortunately.

Every thing is great until they get your money! But don expect much for service. Vary slow (2 1/2 weeks for oil change & fuel pump, charged 2 1/2 hours) and vary expensive. $586. Never again for me!!!

I dont remember the young mans name who waited on me but he was very helpful in getting me the accessories that I wanted.

Just want to say how helpful the service and sale techs were to me and my wife. The only place in the surrounding area to have the rain gear i needed at a cost i could afford
