Ive dealt with them twice they seem reputable very busy maybe even a little small for the amount of traffic they see I cant really judge the quality of their work though because both cars I had go in there got totaled so Ive never seen their repairs but on this last one I left some things in the vehicle that were left outside by the fence line and got rained on Im not sure how I feel about that considering it needed to be returned in cracked up water logged boxes with dirt and sand all over them. All the people seemed nice enough on the phone and in person very respectful and knowledgeable even offering advice on dealing with insurance. Id really like to rate 3.5 but google doesnt do half stars

Unfortunately they had my vehicle for a week and we got no where with it. The customer service/communication skills from Steve the manager needs improvement. Waited for a call back for a couple of days and didn’t receive it until my claims adjuster called them directly.This caused 1 week of my car rental coverage to be used with no repairs made to my vehicle.We DO NOT recommend S & W.

S&W Collision is amazing! They did a wonderful job on my aluminum F-150. They even found damage that we didnt see & went overboard to correct it before I picked it up. I was hoping to get my car painted at this place heard so many good things about it. At the end the guy said my car would have so much body work and wouldn’t take my car in. I was going to pay no matter how much it would of cost me I don’t really care about my money going into my car but I’ll never be going back to that place ever again

They made things quick and easy. They picked my car up within 24 hours of my claim. They kept me informed of the process. When a part was delayed they let me know and gave me a new day to expect the repairs on my car to be finished.

S&W has done a fabulous job on my 1995 Honda del Sol again. I really appreciate the fact that they understand how much my car means to me even though it is over 20 years old. We were visiting East Texas, driving down the highway, when a heavy metal object went through our trucks grill, damaging other major components and coming to rest on the trans cooler crossover tube. Our insurance company said they use S & W, so went to see them on Thursday afternoon. They immediately took us in, assessed the damage, ordered parts. We got our truck back that following Tuesday morning, good as new. Never have we received such expedient and professional service, particularly since we are out of towners. Highly recommend S & W.

I recently threw a clay brick from under my mower into the front, passenger side, fender of our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. After I got over the shock and cried, i called my insurer and filed a claim, then took the car to S & W. Chris Frye inspected the car for the estimate. He was the best thing that could have happened to me at the time. He related he was new to East Texas and had recently learned about yellowjackets while mowing on his tractor. We laughed a lot during the inspection.Chris submitted the estimate and worked with my insurer to get the best deal for me in the repair. He gave me a timeline for a 5 day repair. Because I did not have rental coverage on my policy the shop worked to get my car out in 3 days to save rental cost.We have used S&W for our auto repair for a long time. The quality has always been excellent and this visit was no exception. Hats off to you all at S&W.

S & W did an outstanding job repairing my 2018 Honda Accord! I bought my car on a Friday and the following week a man hit me! Needless to say I was extremely upset and immediately made arrangements to take my car to S & W...They are the only body and collision repair shop I will use and they got started on my repairs quickly! Everyone whom I dealt with at S & W were always courteous and professional especially Stephanie! She was awesome!!! I had a minor accident involving my driver door in a hit-and-run. The problem was that the door would only open halfway, so I would have to squeeze in the car. It was nothing serious, but with a $500 deductible from insurance, I thought there was no way it could cost that to get it fixed. Loving Honda highly rated S & W and recommended I go. When I told the associate, Krystyon, that all I wanted it to be fixed, he asked for the keys and five minutes later he comes around with my car FREE OF CHARGE. I really cannot express how much it meant to me having been involved in something awful earlier that day. It is wonderful to know there are still wonderful people and businesses out there in this world! They have my business forever!

Stopped to get estimate on damage to vehicle after storm. Called back and was told they are not doing drive by estimates unless they are charging the insurance company. So apparently they dont want to deal with a cash customer only insurance companies. So if your paying cash you better look somewhere else.

Have had nothing but a headache from S and W. I hate to complain but Ive just been done wrong. The receptionist was the best service Ive had from them! One of the service technicians broke a piece on my rear passengers door on my truck, but they claimed it was already like that when it came in. One of the associates told me the part was not available anymore, but yet i purchased that same part at the Ford dealership a few days leter. A rubber grommet was damaged on the same door so the locking mechanism inside the door was always rattling. My insurance paid for a new set of window visors but I only received the drivers side, and have YET to get my other side, when that side is damaged and needed replacing as well. But yet they cannot order a new set for me out of courtesy? I definitely will not be going back here if I have another accident. And I definitely do not appreciate having my insurance company charged for items that was not installed.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH IN HALF JUST TO GET MY VEHICLE AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT FINISHED IT. THEY KEEP SAYING ITS THE RADIATOR. DOUBT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE THEY WONT FIX THINGS RIGHT AND WILL OVER CHARGE YOU FOR REPAIRS.

This place sucks!! Corey Lemons, an estimator with S&W, (Lufkin Location), refuses to return my calls. I already have a claim # approved through Allstate. This Place has the worst customer service I have seen in Lufkin, Tx.

My wife was following a log truck during a storm and a boom fell off and hit her car doing lots of damage. I had a friend of mine that does repossessions tow the car 3 miles to my house in Chester. The car is a 2010 Accent and was in perfect shape prior to the damage. I contacted Farmers Insurance and they gave me 4-5 shops I could call. I had heard of a few of them but as you know everyones idea of a good job and good service is different.I contacted a friend of mine that is a retired 20 year Lufkin police officer. He was straight and direct when he told me there was only one auto body shop in the area that he would use and that was S&W. He went on to tell me the work would be perfect, the staff would keep me informed and they would take care of everything, he said it would be the best service I had ever had bar none.I am here to tell you my friend was 100% correct. Kevin, Steve, Corey and the entire staff are professional craftsmen, offer unparalleled service and actually treat you like the most important customer in the world no matter the size of the job.I have told everyone I know to call S&W with all their auto body repair and paint jobs. I actually drove 40 miles to their business to shake their hands and tell them how please I was on the work and service, Now I am on here reviewing them for all to see. I am a disabled farmer boy from Chester and have no connection with S&W in any form or fashion, besides the repair they made on my wifes car. I am just being straight and I was always taught by my Paw to give credit and praise when it is earned. S&W earned all my rambling praise plus more but I am an old farmer and not a Hollywood writer. Use them and you will be as satisfied and excited as I am.I almost forgot, they picked up the car the next day and they called me and I told them I was on fixed income and would have to pay my $500 deductible in 2 payments as money was tight. Steve told me that we would worry about the money after the car was fixed and my wife had calmed down from the wreck. He was more worried about my wife than the deductible. Well, a few weeks later I called them. I had missed several calls from them, and they said the car was ready and I could send my wife to pick it up. I reminded them about the deductible and Steve said we would work it out and not to worry. This usually makes me worry when someone says dont worry.My wife got there and the car was perfect and washed and shiny. When my wife walked up to the counter, Steve asked how much could we afford to pay that would not hurt our budget? They were still worried about us after the job was done???? My wife paid $150 then and told Steve we could pay some the following 2 months and Steve said no problem but if it hurts us just call and let him know! Who treats customers this way anymore? S&W does for sure. We paid him off in 2 payments and I tell you this. If I was rich I would have paid him triple the deductible for the way they took a scary time for my wife and I and made it painless and confident.This is Tom Patterson and my wife Kathy Patterson from Chester, every word I wrote is 100% true.
