EXTRA AWESOME, STAFF AND MANAGEMENT

I had the best experience at Advance Auto Parts with Gerardo, who went above and beyond to help get me rolling recently with a new battery. When the battery tester wouldnt read my battery, he also tested my alternator, as the symptoms I had given indicated it could be the battery, alternator or starter. He then suggested I go somewhere to get the battery tested again, to rule out the starter. I insisted on buying a new battery, as my old one was at the five-year mark. Gerardo installed it for me and the car was back cranking like a champ. He did caution me that I had a loose battery terminal connection, recommended that I get it fixed soon, and showed me what to do if my car wouldnt start. A couple weeks later, the car wouldnt start, and I was able to tighten the terminal and get it cranked. I called back to the shop and he told me again what I needed to do to get it repaired and also recommended a local mechanic where I could have the work performed cheaply. I really appreciate Gerardo and his customer service. He goes the extra mile to help.

Went there so they could tell me what the error code on my car was. The employees were very friendly and helpful and let me know exactly what it was and fixed it for me. The store was very clean and organized. They are the kind of people that would talk you through everything and help you. I wish more places were like this. I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends. They also gave just about everything in stock and if they dont they can order it quickly and their prices are very fair as well. They also will allow you to use their tools which is a very big help. Im glad we went there and will definitely be back again.

Returned defective alternator, came back the replacement at 4 p.m. Was not there.. need to pay more attention to Parts going out make sure theyre not damaged before the customer received them and leaves. Customer provides job security. Dont drop the ball anymore
