I called to set up an appointment for my daughter to find a dress she liked. When I spoke to the woman on the phone she acted as though 12pm-2pm was a hassle. After trying a few dresses on we found we actually needed to order hers. We wanted to go look at other places but told them we would be by Monday to order if we didnt find anything else. Monday came around, no one is in the shop, no one answers the phone, and no one returns your call when you leave a v/m. Day 2 trying to get in touch with them and STILL nothing. I would rather drive AWAY from this shop than put my money into a business that doesnt appreciate where their money comes from. IM STILL TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM BUT IM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH. Please save your money AND time and shop somewhere else. if Ruby and Jane would have had anything other than flower girl dresses I would have spent my money there as I have before. They were helpful even though they couldnt accommodate me, they offered other dress stores (one of which was Allure) . I should have read reviews on this shop BEFORE going for my daughters dress. Why have a store if your never there and never make it possible for people to pay for a dress as well.

Need a dress for an event. I dont know if they had one because as soon as I walked in the door I heard one of the staff members speaking quite rudely and with a lot of attitude to a customer. I found there was no reason for me to stay and look around just to be stressed out by someone who obviously doesnt enjoy her job and has no interest in helping customers.

The employees were not helpful at all. No one asked if we needed help & did not make us feel welcomed while there. I should have walked out when I seen the family in the middle of the store eating.

Went to look for a dress and the old lady ( I dont know is she is she owner) but she was very rude and felt like she did not want to help me at all. I wanted to try on several dresses and she immediatley said I could only try on 3 and then look at the catalog. I do not recommend this place st all!

Very rude, way over priced and horrible customer service! went in there looking for a dress for my daughters jr prom and was on a budget. seen a couple of dresss that were in our price range and wanted to try them on the lady was very short and not helpful at all. she asked me how much I wanted to spend and once I told her she walked away and didnt help me anymore. had she been a little nicer I planned on buying the dress I had in hand but instead I left it and told her just what I thought about her and her customer service!
