My windshield had to be replaced. It is a factory windshield FROM GMC..I took my 2021 awd Acadia so that a certified GMC tech could calibrate my heads up display...he did NOT ..it is still blurred... the certified gmc tech,Kyle said I had the wrong windshield installed..I went back to the company who ordered it.. after investigating, my windshield is the CORRECT windshield, contacted Kyle.. Im still waiting on a callback..UPDATE:: Jesse, the SVC MGR, did contact my husband. Jesse asked us to bring my car back in, that Wright Buick GMC, they want to make it right. We dropped my Acadia off Monday after hours. So, now we wait...I really do appreciate Jesse calling, and Im thankful they want to make it right.

Had my car for a whole month and a half, had warranty on my car and still had to come out of pocket of 700.00 was told to buy a new battery, did just that the next day after getting my car out of the shop and my battery light is still on. Took my car to Auto Zone to get it checked out with the diagnosis and everything is fine. The people at wrights in service told me I was gone need a alternator. That was even checked and it came out A1. Still mad at how everything went down.

The vehicle was brought in for service which they did complete, but after bringing the vehicle back noticed there’s a part missing on the shifter, went back to ask if they still had the missing piece, was told they doubt it would be and that they were sorry, was given an estimate to reorder the missing piece!!!! Why should I order the missing piece if it went missing at the dealership??? Maybe someone needed it and decided to take it at the expense of the costumer!!!

I bought A GMC 2500 new from here. First the salesman promised me four years of free maintenance, well they fired him, turns out he lied, no free service. But wait there’s more. It has been nothing but trouble since day one. I have had it in the shop more than five times. It got so bad they had to call an Engineer in Detroit. The electronics, the heater and A/C, the trailer brakes, the back up camera, Anything and everything electronic is junk. I even had to replace the horn, 300 plus dollars, it was past warranty, you can’t even get the truck inspected without a horn. I have a Chevy truck that’s 15 years old, the horn still works. I will NEVER buy another GMC.....

Today 2 of my friends and I drove up from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to be with our friend that had just lost his father. The air conditioning in my Yukon quit cooling shortly after we got in the road, and by 2:00 we were very hot and uncomfortable. Our friend called in and spoke with a gentleman in the phone and explained our situation. - he said to bring it in- they would take a look- couldn’t promise anything, but would look at it. Couldn’t ask for more.When we arrived, we were met by Kyle who took my info. He informed us they were short staffed and it would probably be the next day before they could look at it. He talked to my friend and the gentleman who had originally talked to him in the phone. They said leave the truck, they would look at it. We left to eat and cool off.A couple hours Kyle called, said they had replaced the compressor ( under an extended warranty), and took care of a recall I wasn’t even aware of. We rushed back to the dealership, I signed the warranty work, they pulled the truck around- it was cool and bonus- they had washed it too!We were able to make it to the visitation in plenty of time.Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. You most definitely went above and beyond- I just wanted you to know how much you are appreciated. You made a really difficult day a little easier.

I didnt plan on purchasing any vehicle at all. Just pulled in to look around. Ended up with a beautiful Encore. To say high pressure isnt the correct word, but close enough. Went back with one little issue, a drivers side your that constantly went low from day one. As if it would break their investment strategy and their Bank, they charged me, $20.00 for a patch. When shed to see the, nail they supposedly found in the tire. It actually looked more like a piece of their junk on their ship floor. No problem though. I still shall keep my faith in the good of all Gods people.God bless all at WRIGHT...Ive driven for them before and I know the owner, Mr. Paul Wright wouldnt tolerate such irrational behavior if he were there....

L have to give Wright Buicks five stars!While traveling to an out of state construction project, one of my trucks broke down and I called their service department and explained the problem.Their Service Manager promised to get my truck in immediately. He arranged for a wrecker and pulled my truck into a service bay as soon as it arrived.Their technician ran complete diagnostics and located my problem within half an hour.Fortunately, what I had expected to be a very expensive diesel injector problem turned out to be a loose wire on a fuel system component.I took my crew to lunch, and my truck repair was completed soon after we returned. And the repair that I had fully expected to cost thousands turned out to be less than $200!Because of their exceptionally fast response and professional service, I recommend Wright Buick very strongly!I always worry when taking a vehicle to a dealer for repair because I have often found that the work takes far longer than expected and the cost is far higher than than an alternative shop. I would gladly return to Wright Buick for service or repair at any time!
