I am struggling with this post. I know this will sound corny and made-up but you have my word, it is not. I have never had such an enjoyable experience with a cell phone company and employee/s as I did today at T Mobile in Lufkin Texas. Cyn went out of her way to fix my phone issue and guess what, she did fix my phone issue. She was determined to say the least that I leave with a cell phone that worked.T Mobile has a number one bunch of techs at this location. Checkem out, you wont be disappointed.
Stressed over upgrade required email. Clerks checked our phones & still good to go-NO upgrade required & no learning a new phone!!!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff!!
Was thrown out of this place for not wearing a mask. Mandate has been removed in Texas . Easy to see where T-Mobiles loyalties lie.
Worst service ever. Sales guy left us in the dark for a while with no update or anything. Tried to 4 lines family plan switching over. We wanted trade iPhone 6 for iPhone 11 with the promotion going on. And 3 phones but they went to the back and came back with some crazy as number . The sales guy said. “What’s the most you can pay today?” - A better question would be.. “what’s the minimum down payment.?” I asked for the manager but he never came out. He didn’t take his job seriously. That guy needs to be replaced!! I would recommend better people that motivated to help customers out not rip them off.
I cannot say enough good things about this store and my experience. Lupe, the store manager, was phenomenal in his knowledge and service. His entire staff was awesome. They actually looked like they were enjoying being at work on a Saturday. Initially we went in to see if we could put my son on my daughters account. My wife and I WERE with another carrier. Before we got out of there my son had a new phone and my wife and I had switched to Sprint with new phones. We couldnt be happier.I wish I could remember all the people we dealt with because they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Go see them if you even think you might want to switch phone carriers!
Update your hours on the website! I was lead to believe yall have been opened since 10a and when getting there the store wasnt opened to 12.
This store forces you to wear a mask, wouldnt go if your time is valuable, they make you wait outside
I would have graded it much higher, that door greeter or person who asks if they can help, they need to get rid of her, AND dont ever have her help you and heres why. I told her my simple problem and she immediately told me that they are not a technician store and told me that I need to go to Tyler store, where I was there from Lufkin. And she said, that the other option was to call customer service to troubleshoot the problem. I asked for manager, instead spoke with a sales rep and figured out that all it was needing was a new charge up chord! That simple vs her poor customer and listening skills.
The employees do not adhere to the State of Texas covid executive orders.
After experiencing rude customer service at Verizon, we decided to go to Sprint and switch to them. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, Jessie was there. He helped us switch over, get new phones, listened to what was wrong when we arrived, and even gave us water while we waited. Lupe, was also amazing. He and I talked while Jessie set things up. We went into that store really upset and we left with the biggest smiles. I hope Jessie and Lupe can get something really cool for being such good guys🤓😄 definitely recommend Sprint in Lufkin
I was supposed to have bills of $108/month but they came out at $162-217/month then after 10 month of fighting about my bill I payed the phones off in ful along with my outstanding balance only to be slapped with a $387 bill which, yes, did include installments for the phones I had already paid off as well as not being able to leave sprint with my newly owned phones because they decided the $1100 I paid them for the 2 phones was not sufficient and that I still needed to pay them another $193 for just 1 of the 2 phones... 4-6 cases were started to resolve my issue and as of 10/14/17 I still have not heard any resolution. DO NOT USE SPRINT... while I don’t believe the employees in the store are responsible for my issue I do believe they have been fairly unhelpful in the resolution of this issue.. in a single year I have spent right at $3500 on 2 iPhone 7+ after trading in an iPhone 6+ and an iPhone 6...

The employee that greeted me a took my name was very nice and the store was very clean. There were four reps behind the counters and I still didnt get to talk to one. I gave up after 30 minutes and left.
We went into the Lufkin Sprint store yesterday to see about upgrading our phones and we were EXTREMELY PLEASED when we saw Lupe Acosta is BACK as store manager! As always Lupe was awesome. Ayesha was also working and was so helpful and they took the time needed to get us switched over and running smooth!We appreciate them so much!

Got my new G7 here good service very polite had no problem was very happy clean store clean restrooms and a lots of phones to choose from just go in and tell them what youre looking for and they will help you with it.

Service in Lufkin is terrible! The staff is very friendly but AT&T was never this bad.
The customer service service sucks here . This guy tried to make us pay out the most out of pocket. I asked for a manager and he argued back. They choose the phones for us without asking us which phone we wanted. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if you looking for a deal on a phone or if you want to bring in your family this play is not it!
Staff here are friendly except for the fact that one person that supposedly helped us out messed up our plan and we ended up getting a high phone bill which we had no control over because the guy did all the changes on his own without our approval. Manager didnt care to talk to me to my face to tell me theres nothing he can credit. All we wanted was to keep our same plan but upgrade our phones but it all went wrong. Even worse the guy was supposed to put my screen protector on and only now i noticed it was never put on. So pissed. Dont waste your time with sprint. We have been a customer for over 13 yrs and this is how we get treated especially when none of this was our fault. Super disappointed.
Sprint is the worst. Extremely high prices they tried to charge 140$ for 1 line. Had the phone for about 20 mins changed my mind when we tried to get a refund the cashier fought with us trying to say he couldnt issue a refund. Finally the manager was called he issued the refund and told us not to come back.
They were awesome! I thought my phone was broken, and they fixed it! 😩
