Coffee is always really good but I am in love with their new cinnamon pecan scone! Served warm and fresh, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside just the way scones should be. The flavor is delicious! Best I have ever had! Going to try some other new breakfast bread items but this scone is my favorite for now!

I always visit here and love the coffee, but sometimes the workers arent so friendly so its a bit disappointing and sad when I go in happy. Customer service could be better.

Better than Starbucks and less costly. Still losing their minds over masks, apparently they havent gotten the memo yet from the governor. They do need to get more of a selection but theyre not bad. Will probably be back, definitely not going back to Starbucks.

Will support Starbucks before I go back too this place. Pretty much a joke of a place, service was rude and prices are not that much cheaper either. Not sure if this is a local place or not, but pretty dissipointing today.

Honestly the best coffee shop in lufkin Texas.The employees that work there know my order as soon as I pull up. Which is definitely a plus.I used to be a barista and I can tell they take pride in what they do. 5 stars all day long!

Coffee was decent. Baristas were very nice. Only complaint is that the Toilet Paper in the public restrooms is Inhumane. Shouldnt even be allowed.

This was my first time visiting Java Jacks and I am very impressed! The staff is very friendly and professional. I definitely will be back again!

Ordered a milky way, and a cafe Carmel, paid $13 just to receive plain black coffee very disappointed.

Beautiful new space, same fire af brew! Consistency (or the lack thereof) between multiple location food & beverage establishments is the most common issue I encounter. Not the case at all with Java Jacks. My 24oz Iced Cold Brew Mocha (house cold brew, 2 pumps chocolate syrup, splash of heavy) was just as aromatic & bold (with that velvety mouth feel only a well done, quality cold brew should have) as it has every time Ive ever ordered it from the OG Nac Jacks, which is a lot I assure you. Keep it up, JJs!
