This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Every time a prescription is called or sent in to this place, even 2 or three days before, they never even try to fill it until I go up there in person, tell them I want my prescription filled, and literally wait on them. They are always unprofessional and make you feel awkward for trying to pick up your prescription. It feels like the staff tries to make you wait out of spite for trying to get your prescription filled. If my insurance didn’t require me to use this CVS, I would not use this place. If you have other options, I don’t recommend using this CVS.

The absolute worst service. Slowest pharmacy I have ever seen, and the pharmacy workers are in no hurry. I have tried to give this place a few chances, due to the closeness to my house, but I have finally come to terms with it. There is no excuse for how horrible this pharmacy is

My wife and I are Refugees from hurricane Laura. I waited inside at the drop offwindow. No one came to my window, as service was provided to 2 cars.So, I moved to thepick up line. After 3 customers in front of me were serviced, I advanced to the window and explained that we needed to pick up our prescriptions here while staying in Lufkin.The employee rudely told me that I had to move to the drop off window. When I tried to tell him that no one waited on me, he again RUDELY repeated I had to move to the orher window!Service for transferring our records was then done efficiently and politely by another employee, as well as a flu shot by the pharmacist.Employees as was the first employee should not be employed by CVS!
They have the worst customer service. They incorrectly made multiple profiles for me so the different locations cant see the different prescriptions because they misspelled my name. They dont listen to you, cut you off while speaking, and while on hold, 4 different times today alone, after 5 minutes, automatically hung up on me. Would leave negative stars if possible.
The pharmacy has the WORST “bedside” manner I have EVER seen. Better Business Bureau will be hearing from us. In a time like this, You would think people would be kind. Seriously some of the rudest people I have ever met in my entire 60 years.
I would give them a negative number if there was one. Prescription was called In at 330 the day before I had surgery. At 1200 the next day they still were not ready. I needed them after surgery this timeframe is totally unacceptable. I will never use this CVS again. 18 hrs to fill prescriptions come on get it together
Absolutely unacceptable. As someone who works with clients everyday, there is absolutely no excuse for how rude this young lady was when I called on the status of my perscription. I understand these are stressful times, but when I call, I expect the first person I speak with to help me with FAR better customer service than that. She was not a good reflection, what-so-ever, on the company. Either you step up and act professionally or go home. I will be taking my services elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used.
I just left CVS on Frank for the very last time.. the young lady in the drive through was extremely rude and unwilling to help me solve an issue for my brother who is disabled. We have been using this pharmacy for at least 20 years, however, we will be requesting new prescriptions in order to change pharmacies. I spoke to the pharmacy manager on duty and he and another tech did willingly figure out my problem. He did apologize, however, the rude young lady only wanted to argue with me and never apologized for her actions.. also, she refused to give me her name or I would have used it in this review.
Staff is rude, wait time was over 2 hours for 2 prescriptions. They tried to say the doctor didnt send prescription when infact she did they just didnt get it off the fax machine.
This is the worst pharmacy hands down. Our prescription was called in at 4:12, Im writing this at 5:23. The pharmacist is still on the phone from when we got here, so he hasnt check the voice-mail to get the prescription. This prescription is for a 10 month old that has a double ear infection. Never use this store!!!
Rude pharmacy staff
Today I went to the CVS on Frank st. The lady that waited on me was extremely rude! When i asked about how long it would be for them to request a transfer she said, will I wouldnt wait around The pharmacist then politely answered my question. The lady then entered some information into their computer. I politely and patiently waited for her to finish before I asked her if she needed the insurance information. Before I could ask she told me that I could leave now! I could understand her attitude if I had been rude with her but I hadnt been. I will NEVER USE CVS AGAIN!
I will never step foot in this store again. Theres a very good reason it has a less than two-star rating.
If i could give zero stars i would. This is the worst pharmacy i have ever had the displeasure of coming to. Every female Ive encountered has been rude. When i get my new prescription, they definitely wont get my business. They need to be trained on customer service
Ok, I waited on the phone for 45 minutes and finally was disconnected! Called back and waited for another 45 minutes just to see if my prescriptions were ready and again no answer! I finally went to the store since my scripts had been called in 6 hours earlier just taking a chance! They were there but not filled! I had to wait 15 minutes for them to be filled and as I waited the intercom went off every minute “one pharmacy call” repeatedly with neither of the employees answering it! I finally told them of my “phone experience “ and asked why they don’t answer that phone? I was told that there was only two of us! Well that sent me over the top! I’ve had better service at Wal Mart!
Both pharmacists that I spoke with were kind and patient as we worked together to contact my physician to change my prescription when a particular medication was out of stock.
Dropped prescriptions off. 1 of 3 they do not dispense there; ok I can go somewhere else. Was told for the remaining prescriptions it would be an hour. Tried calling after an hour and no one answered the phone. 2 hours after dropping off the prescriptions I wait 20 minutes I the drive thru to be told it would be another 30 minutes! I understand busyness, however 2 hours is ample time to fill prescriptions. Would love to have the manager to contact and discuss this, however no one answers the phone.
I am so upset w this store...they used to have the nicest staff n I loved coming here, not only to shop but visit! We have a salon 3 doors down n have come here for years. They were not only our neighbors, but our friends! Well those days are over. In spite of their sullen, impatient attitudes, ive continued to be friendly n play nice, hoping they’d eventually give up the bad attitude n make a happier place for EVERYBODY! I am done...they do not deserve my business or my friendship. So RUDE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and are hurting this business...SHAME ON YOU ALL!! Will not answer the phone. You need a staff member. To answer the phone . when you call and it take over 15 - 20 min to get a person on the phone very frustrating
They are so slow. Drive- thur is even worse. I dont know if they are short staffed or what, but something needs to change@
This pharmacy is horrible they are rude and uncaring, I dropped a RX off at 1445 today the lady told me it would be ready at 1900. At 1945 I called to speak to someone about it being ready and the lady was very rude I told her my mom Who is disabled and a brittle diabetic had been without her meds for a couple days and that she needed her meds today she said they’d be ready by 2100 not to mention she seemed so irritated that I had the audacity to want the meds today, guess what I’m laying here with my mom helping her through an anxiety attack because she didn’t get her meds because cvs pharmacy didn’t fill them even though they had 7 hours to do it. They need to just shut the pharmacy down cvs isnt about meds anymore. They don’t have enough help and the staff there is overworked and disgruntled they have no care for the customers.
This pharmacy will not have your prescriptions ready when you arrive, 100% of the time. Show up an hour after the doctor calls in? 15 minute wait. Show up 24 hours after? 15 minute wait. My advice: pharm elsewhere.
After 3 days of trying to transfer my husbands prescription I called Sams Club pharmacy and was able to get it all finished in 20 minutes. Hadnt used CVS in years because of this and guess I still wont be.
I only gave the one star, so I could post my review. Yall have very rude and unprofessional pharmacy service and staff. I honestly dont know how this store has stayed open. They make no effort to help or accommodate your customers. My son had surgery today, his prescriptions were sent in to the pharmacy directly from the surgery center, well the pain medication was apparently out of stock, but no steps were made to notify us, the doctor, or maybe inquiring at the other CVS for it, nothing! Just that its out of stock. Whatever happened to going above and beyond for your customers? So shameful.
Extremely rude pharmacy staff. Getting a flu shot took close to an hour and a half, even during a non-peak time. Do yourself a favor and go to any other pharmacy.
My pregnant wife went in to get her prescription, however the lady, who would not give her name, was extremely rude to her and yelled at her to called a customer care number and gave no reason why! I am appauled at this service!!
No wonder so many have left awful reviews and many doctors wont fill scripts here, horrible experience!! Had a coupon from my doctor to get my inhaler for free and they refused to honor it, I had to pay out of pocket. Wont be going back, Walgreens will get my business from now on.
I luv the front of the stor and the front personnel. Pharmacy is a drag. Such non-professionel. Argues/ smartmouths you. Definitly not courteous. My arthritis was such that Id gone to my Dr. Got a painful injection to the palm of my hand. Rushed my RX to CVS at l 9:50 am. There at 6:50 pm. Not ready. Bac next morning. Not ready and got to go thru this pharmacist and her smarthmouth and still at the end of conversation would not thank me for my service. No thank you or come back? No answer. Just coldness. When I inquirer about a recall, alerted by my former mail in pharmacy, asked what mfg they used, was told its not a mfg its just a batch ALL pills or mfg by SONEBODY!! How would they be traced if God forbid they were killing someone??!! I am chngin. Been bad from my 1st transfer since moving,here!!!☹
The pharmacy is unprofessional and snobby. The pharmacist acted like it was such an inconvenience that I had a question about my medication. She actually talked to me in a way that made me feel belittled. I would not suggest going here.
I hate this pharmacy. There is ALWAYS a 15 minute wait on the phone. Sometimes LONGER, just to get someone to answer the phone. When you are there waiting in line it takes a very long time to see anyone. They need more staff in their pharmacy. When you go there expect to be there for over 30 minutes just standing in line. Oh, and NEVER go to the drive thru. Ever. Wait time is even longer
A bunch of incompetent idiots work in the pharmacy. I asked for help and if the could help me find some colloidal silver, which is apparently the equivalent to magical unicorn to them, cause no one has even heard of it. They looked at me as though my head was on fire. Read a book!!!

I brought my sons prescription here to be filled the lady told me it would tak an hour to fill it because the head pharmacist was the only one who could fill it. That was fin because I had to go grocery shopping at Walmart. I came. Back 3 hours later and was told my prescription wasnt filled yet and it would take an hour! I was NOT happy!
