Our family loves some Frozen yogurt! We enjoyed this place a lot. It had many toppings, large amounts of seating, flavor dividers and the bathrooms were nice and clean. It didnt however - have all the flavors listed on their website available.

We went on a Monday at around 4 p.m. They had a good amount of frozen yogurt flavors to choose from. They also had plenty of toppings to choose from, including fresh fruit. The service was adequate, not overly helpful but not rude either. The price was similar to other frozen yogurt establishments.

There is this one young lady that works at orange leaf she has short hair and she is very sweet every time I come in there. She is very friendly and I would come back just to have her serve me. The store is very clean every time.

We had the pleasure of being served by Evany, who was incredibly friendly. She greeted guests at the door, always had a smile, and even made sure we got the discount that the store offers to military, first responders, and teachers, which we had failed to notice. It was an incredibly pleasant experience, and the whole family was impressed by her customer service skills. You go girl!

I went in tonight for the first time. As soon as I walked in the lady behind the counter while working took the time to greet me and offered to help me if I wanted to try any samples. I looked to see what all they had, which it was a great selection of yogurt and lots of toppings. I got what I wanted put my awesomeness on the scale and again the girl was very friendly and told me not to forget my key to awesomeness!!! Long story short.. I killed it!! Will definitely be back next time in the area. 7/8/18

Great variety of flavors and toppings are fresh. I always eat more than I should! Clean store; staff is friendly. Can get a little loud when young children are there. Clean restrooms. Good loyalty program also.

Average. Menchies beats them hands down. I didnt like being served my samples, especially because I was asking for tiny tastes and kept getting a lot. It felt wasteful and as if we were not being listened to. Air conditioning was set WAY to hot. We had to leave, she said they couldnt turn it down.Id do ice cream instead for flavor and cost.

I thought that they had sold me a lie. I said this has got to be fattening, because of the taste and texture. If you havent tried it, then fret not.. They have free samples. Get in and get your fav flavors to top with fruit, nuts, candy, or pastries. Mmm Mmm Yummy 😋

This is the best ice cream in TX. I say this as a lover of ice cream and a person who rarely uses superlatives.There are other tasty legatos and sorbets out there, but if you are looking for rich and delicious ice cream, come here.

Do not go to this store anytime near close. You will soon regret it if you do. Never in my life have I ever been treated like such scum by an employee of a business before. The hours posted on their window say theyre open till 10 pm on Friday. Knowing this, my mother and I run in at 9:50 with this employee glaring at us. So we hurried, taking less than five minutes total. We were literally out at 9:55 with the door swiftly locked behind us by this rude employee. This girl named Kallie took every opportunity while taking our payments to make us feel hated and worthless. I know its rough having to stay later because of latecomers, been there myself, but its not life ruining. And definitely not justifiable for treating other people like this. I usually situations similar to this go in the past, and will just give a business another shot after a bad customer service experience. But she went so far as to treat my mother as if she were stupid for using a gift card. We will not be coming back. Neither will any of our family or hopefully any of you who read this. Ive posted to yelp, taken their store survey, and am still debating a call to the manager tomorrow. (I have also found other reviews mentioning this particular store closing early often, before their scheduled closing time.) Im not an expert, but Im certain businesses rely on customers and their money for goods and services to be able to pay their employees. This alone should make every customer, their hard earned dollar, and their opinion count to those employed. Customers stop coming, eventually so does their paycheck. Hope the message gets across at how awful this employee Kallie is at customer service and toxic to the livelihood of this business. Dont care if she was having a bad or off day. Everyone has their problems, everyone has jobs and reaponsibilities. This persons attitude was inexcusable. Still havent eaten the yogurt by the way, it turns my stomach at the the thought of it. Thanks KALLIE, for belittling my mother on our mothers day weekend celebration.
