This is just my own opinion as a free citizen and a customer.Not all will agree, and not all will disagree with what Im about to say...face mask do not work. And your employees shouldnt ever ask if I have my mask with me. Obviously, if Im not wearing one, I aint gunna wear one bc I live in America, namely Texas and we aint forced to wear a mask, that doesnt protect anyone anyway. If scared, stay home, dont work, or close your business bc I wont do business with ppl like this. Rant over.PS You get one star for fixing my diamond ring where the diamond keeps falling out, that I had to buy this diamond... if it really is a diamond chip. Second time its fell out in 2 years.

I walked in and waited 10 minutes to be assisted, I just needed to pick up a ring that I had been notified was ready and still had to wait. I had let someone know I was in a rush and still waited to assist me. It also took them a month to get my ring back just to get it resized.
Brought my ring in on Nov 1st because a diamond had fallen out! I got called Nov 13th to go get the ring! I get there and 1. The diamond is still gone & 2. The Rose Gold was polished OFF!!! so she had to send it back to the factory. She called an the factory said they will rush it! Here we are going on 4 weeks that it has been there and the problem still isnt fixed! I will NEVER as long as I live purchase ANYTHING from Kays Jewelers again!!!!
I walked into the store and waited atleast 10 minutes for a worker to assist me. The store was busy, but there was available workers. I began looking at the jewelry on my own, only to have a 44 oz. styrofoam fountain drink, partially blocking my view. As I waited for assistance, I observed the workplace. The isles behind the counter were crowded with trash and pamphlets; Furthermore, the desks were filthy as well. Moreover, workers had personal belongings strewn all over the place. I wish Zales had what I was looking for, I definitely would have bought from them if they had it. Kay Jewelry isnt professional
Staff was very friendly even though it was Mothers Day. They sent my ring off for sizing and I got it back almost a week before the expected date.
