Excellent customer service. It was very clean and recovered. Bright in there so you can see what you are purchasing. I like the the employee I spoke to was informative about Big Lots merchandise. Bravo!

This store is awesome. Imagine WalMart, but nicer products x meets Target but reasonable prices. Took everything in me not to walk out with two sound bars for $35/ea. Large art selection. Found lots of hemp products here, had to get some body wash and stuff so ended up with a hemp army. Great tool selection, everything you would need for basic home repairs and storage. Nice selection of living/bedroom furniture. Their area rugs are a little costly, but not attrociously so. Fur baby amenities too, no shortage there. Plenty of gardening items and outdoor decor. Employees are pretty friendly, the cashier ladies are super cute to boot. Definitely coming back here to shop.

Employees seem to have no idea whats going on in the store. Management gives the attitude that they would rather not be there. Rude staff, rude management. If I wanted to be treated like this Id shop at Walmart.

Cashier was very friendly and professional. Purchased several things, would have gotten more, but the jars and glasses were not marked, several packages with various price tags on the shelf. No way to ID, either by description, or UPC code. Store is always clean, and comfortable.

Was very happy to find a couch, that we thought we wanted, but it turned out not to be the size we had hoped it was. All the workers were very courteous to my wife and myself, and treated us very well. We returned the couch, but couldnt find another one that we wanted. Again, the workers was very courteous to us, gave us our refund, with no problem, but we just couldnt find a couch that we liked. Since we were treated so good by everyone, we would highly recommend this store, and will shop here again. Again, the workers treated us very good, and that makes a big difference when it comes to keeping us as repeat customers. THANK YOU, to everyone that did their best to help us.

So the website said Lufkin Store had three Chedder moon Cheese ready pickup and none of the Goda Version of Moon Cheese. The store actually had zero Chedder and one Gooda Version of the Moon Cheese. The Ladies working at the store was extremely helpful in finding the One bag of moon cheese Big Lots had.

We gonna get that table set real soon. 10/10

I love to shop there. But my biggest problem with Big Lots is that they dont take manufacturers coupons. They just take Big Lots coupons. I think that they would make more money if they took manufacturers coupons as well. Because I had to put back some things I need due to that factor

The store was spatious, tidy and had good varieties of goods. They looked like they were between seasons though. Id like to see a few more summer items hang on longer since its only mid August and its hot here year round!Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a huge furniture section for mid grade beginner homes. It wont last forever, but it was mostly names I have seen before.I was surprised that they had furniture financing!Great place for discount home goods at great prices.

Slim pickings at the Lufkin Store

Love walking in and feeling welcomed. Great prices for great products. The store managers are helpful and nice.

Fantastic selections, nice store managers. The cashiers would rather be somewhere else and it shows. If youre looking for a store smaller and faster than Walmart, Family Dollar just across the street is much more pleasant. The trouble is Big Lots will always have a better inventory. They have little gems youre never going to find at Walmart or a dollar store. If only theyd be more pleasant.

This store has decent selection and prices. My only complaint is the bathroom were not clean. The bathrooms need some attention and maybe it was a bad day when I visited but I still feel it needs to be mentioned.

I had purchased a futon. It had to be assembled. All the hardware was not with it. Manager Jacob was quick to help with my dilemma and gave me an added discount.
