This was my first time to use this gunsmith but if I ever need a gun worked on again I will definitely take it here. It was a very pleasant experience. He knows his stuff when it comes to guns.
I took my AK-47 which only took a single stack 10 round mag and he modified it to were it would take a double stack 30 round mag. He did an awesome job with that! Definitely would recommend taking anything to him.
Incredibly helpful! I called to see if he carried a particular gun part, which was an odd size (so did not expect to have). He did not have BUT...He went out of his way instead to instruct me on how to modify the part that I had, so that I could go shoot THIS weekend. Just genuinely helpful and going out of his way to do so. I did NOT expect that!Reminds me of my grandfather or the generation that looked out for one another.(PS - I also am a Regional Manager for 10 stores and 50+ employees...I know that some people are off and dont look at things right and find a way to be angry about anything they come into contact with...That said, no idea how this gentlemen, Dallas review, could be true or accurate based on what Ive experienced...Food for thought)Thank you Michael!
Id take what ever you got some where else. honestly does good work. Not customer friendly.. the only fire arm shop i know of that gets upset and tantrums over some one not purchasing there rifle. Weather we did the back ground or not. Weather Im about to hand the guy money or not. I should still be able to say no without a scene. I should be able to ask for his professional opinion about a fire arm qualities without him getting upset. I was wishy washy about buying the rifle. But who wouldnt be wishy washy buying a secondhand 710 with terrible characteristics. Guns not broke. Just poorly made with a good finish
Michael is very knowledgeable and will do a great job for you. First time I used him and will definitely use him again.
Bad, rude attitude to customer.
